I have nothing but great things to say about Premier Auto Body. After hitting a deer 2 years ago I worked with Premier through my insurance carrier and was very pleased with the end result after $7,000 worth of damage. Fast forward to today: I work at a car dealership so I took my car in for my yearly inspection and was rejected due to my headlight not working. Water was in my headlight causing my ballast to go out. After receiving a hefty quote (almost $1400 even after my employee pricing) for the new lamp from our service center I remembered that Premier had a lifetime warranty on their work. I called and they told me to come right in. After looking me up they immediately ordered my head light. They kept me in the loop during the week wait for the headlight to get here and it once it was in all I had to do was drop by, it took about 15 minutes and I was on my way free of charge with my new headlight! Thank you Premier, I will be sure to point everyone I can your way!

They fixed my car last year and now refuse to fix there crappy body work they did which cracked. I wish i could rate this place 0 stars. Theyre interested in quantity not quality work. Guys please go to a small family body shop and dont let these guys scam you. They should take down that "lifetime" warrenty non sense sticker they have up front. They also quoted me almost 700 dollars just to repaint rock chips on my front bumper before this whole ordeal but only cut me a 750 dollar check to fix my dented quarter panel and dented fender when i told em I was going to do the work myself. That doesnt make sense. How is painting a front bumper the same amount of money as fixing TWO dents and doing a blend job. The amount of money was so low that it wasnt worth it so I let them do it. And it was the worst mistake ever. Im also sure they charged my insurance way more than there 700 they offered me when i left em my keys after I left. Avoid this place at all costs

I cant say enough about these folks. En route from Blacksburg, VA to State College PA with my toddler, I accidently put regular gas into my diesel engine (although I was in denial). I limped into Brians shop just after 5pm on a Sunday evening. Brian delayed attending a family dinner so he could accept my car and provide me alternate transportation (who wants to be stranded with a 2 year old in the back seat?!). They took care of my car first thing the next day and not only had me back on the road by 4 (as they said they would), but they had me back on the road in a CLEAN vehicle (it was caked with dirt and salt-early March snow storm). The cost of the repair was delightfully surprising (thank goodness I didnt damage my engine), and they were the most friendly bunch I could have hoped for. And the shop was sparkling clean! Dont bother looking further, this shop is it, 100% authentic quality from A-Z.

Maybe I set my expectations too high based on the other reviews. Dropped off a car on Sunday night for a scheduled repair on Monday and Tuesday - scheduled to pick up the care at close of business on Tuesday. Call Tuesday to confirm that I can pick it up and was told they had some issues with getting parts and it wont be ready till Wednesday - ok would have been nice if you gave me a heads up but I can understand that - called Wednesday to confirm that it was ready and was told that it wouldnt be ready till Thursday. Really? I can understand that delays happen, but I find the fact that they made no effort to let me know about the changes and a little frustrating. Update - Increased to rating to 4 stars - quality of the repair was high and the car was returned cleaner than they received it - thanks!

I have had the unfortunate luck of needing auto body work done many times in the past few years. Being a perfectionist, I never had a great experience with any body shop until I found Premier Auto Body. The entire staff there is friendly and helpful; they answered all of my questions and even gave me a tour of their facility before I dropped my car off. The owner obviously takes pride in his business and doesnt settle for anything less than perfect as he does the final inspection of EVERY vehicle leaving his shop. My car was repaired quickly, but best of all, the repair work was flawless. Overall, I could not be happier with the work they did to my Acura TSX. I will definitely return should I ever need auto body work done again.

I have used Premier Auto Body to repair two vehicles and they are excellent in every way. They have a waiting room you can use while they do the estimate on your vehicle. Then they actually keep in touch with you during the insurance approval and repair process! They take the car on the date set and I have received my car back on time both times! Need I mention that the auto body work is superb? Five years later the deer collision repair on my car is still great and the recent fender bend with my van is now in PERFECT condition. Their attention to detail is just unbelievable. Their customer service is first-rate. If you need auto body work in Rockingham County or the Harrisonburg area, this is the place to go.

This is the kind of business that you love their services and cant wait to deal with them again...except for the fact that something has to go wrong first. From the first phone call for information, to the rental car we didnt expect (at a great rate!), to the timeliness of the service, to the service itself and the results, everything was just over-the-top good customer service. Everyone I talked to recommended this place and now I know why. This time it was under my deductible, but I am thrilled to know that my insurance would also send my car here. And their work is guaranteed! You also get another great perk, that will be a surprise if you have service done here. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

I was trying to get my vehicle to pass a Maryland state inspection, but it failed. I was still living in Harrisonburg, and I asked Premier Auto for an estimate on the work that I would need done in order to pass the inspection. The service was exceptional. Not only did they express doubt that the car needed the repairs, they took me under the vehicle to check it out myself. Lynn wrote and printed out an estimate of the repairs for free. All in all I took a few hours of their time, and ended up getting no work done (yet). Premier didnt charge me a cent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - especially those who arent sure which mechanics to trust. Lovely waiting area and cute dogs as well!

Absolutely awful. Fixed my coupe and the paint color didnt blend. The passenger door handle didnt work. When I went to pick up my car the color looked about right in there lighting and I obviously dont go in my car thru the passenger side so when I noticed the paint color change in direct sunlight and when I found out the door handle didnt work I took the car back 2 days later and they said they couldnt do anything and that I messed up the door. When my insurance was paying it was all smiles but when everything was said and done and they received there money and i took the car home they have my the cold shoulder. TYPICAL BODY SHOP CROOKS . never again will I let anything anywhere near these guys
