Would give a -5 but thats not an option.. My experience with this place has been horrible! I had some minor damages done to may car but I really wanted these imperfections corrected. I have a 2015 Honda Accord and I got the original estimate which was $1500 thats was estimated to be completed in 5 days .Instead of 5 day this turned into 9 long days. No one ever called me about my car. I was left with no other choice but to go up to car shop my self to see what was going on. This happened several times. Finally after 9days of having my vehicle I picked it up that evening. The following morning I did an lnspection on my car. The first thing i noticed is that the pinstripe didnt match and the metallic flake was extremely excessive. The front bumper had a gash 4inches across, and the Honda emblem wasnt mounted flush on the trunk, the sport emblem had scratches around it & all the windows had over spray from the clear coat .My list could go on but to sum it all up my car is still in the shop, Im still not getting phone calls. In my opinion I felt like they tried to get over on me & think I wouldnt notice the cheap work/materials they used. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE This is an update on my current situation. I was called to look over my car 3 days ago (10/29/16). Looked good from what I saw (even though it was pretty cloudy out & in the evening hours) Then I was told that they were going to get my car cleaned professionally since Ive had a problem with each visit. So I come back to the shop (11/30/16) again it was the evening time. Before I could even get in my vehicle the shop manager pointed out a defect in my windshield. I guess he thought something was wrong with the tint. NOPE that was not the case. There was a six in crack in my windshield! Now Im with out my car for another day. Here it is 12/1/16 I come to pick my car up (again for the 5th-6th time) . As I look over the car I begin to notice the hood & roof looks a little dirty which I find odd after it took all day to get it cleaned. I rubbed my hand over the "dirty" areas & what do I find? Well it wasnt dirty it was over spray! Probably came from the first time they painted the car. Since my car has been at this shop Ive had more damages done to it before I originally brought it up there to get fixed. Im furious at this point.

I scheduled an appointment to have them come replace the glass in my vehicle. They cancelled on me on the day of the appointment after I had already taken off work. Their excuse was "well, we dont actually get notified of the appointment until the day of, so we couldnt have let you know sooner." This is despite my talking on the phone with them to schedule the initial appointment. What a terrible way to conduct business.

Went to Gerber Collison to get my car repaired from the damage driving to New Jersey, and Gerber made a appointment, with me and my insurance provided me with a rental car and Gerber took me to Enterprise, and my car looks brand new and was done early, I give Gerber , 5 STARS!!! because of the good quality and welcoming customers service and , and amazing repair looks like nothing happened to my car

Outstanding work! My Outlander Sport looks the way it did when I drove it off the lot 4+ years go. Cortesy calls (which I did not have to initiate) every few days was lovely. Kept me well informed about repair status. Very good experience all around.

They tried to overcharge me - ultimately it was corrected but I will never be going back. And the job was done terribly, I got a side mirror replaced and its shaking all over the place. Dont go here
