I havent had work on my car done there, this review is for customer service I received during a simple photo inspection. I have never been treated so disrespectfully or horribly. I counted 4 exasperated sighs, 2 dramatic eye rolls, and 1 angry Im-going-to-drop-my-pen-on-the-counter-and-stare-at-you moment. All because my name and address have recently changed, and werent updated on my car registration. "I told you to bring your registration to get information from it, and now youre giving me the wrong information!" Was I really just blamed for something at a service counter at a business? I tried to tell her my new name but she just left the old one on the form she was filling out. More happened after that, but I dont want to write a novel. I will just never go back to Auto Collision and Glass and I definitely dont recommend it to anyone.

There isnt much to say about Schmidts... If I bring them a smashed car, I have absolute confidence that I will get it back looking and driving like new. They dont overlook a thing. Body/paint work is guaranteed for as long as you own the car, the staff is very helpful, and a free loaner car if you need one. Heck, the free coffee is even pretty good. What more could you ask for? I have had my car repaired twice by them, and would never bring it to anybody else.

It took them 3 days for a mechanic to look at my car, at which time I was given an invalid estimate only when I mentioned taking my car elsewhere. A majority of the major damage on the car was not even mentioned on the estimate. i.e bumper damage, cracked tail light Theyre bullshitters, if you want to spend 5x the amount to get your car fixed take it to Schmidts =)

My car was recently hit in the parking lot. They handled everything with detail and care. I was very happy to supply these people with my business. They called and followed up a few days after to make sure everything was going smoothly. It reminded me of how business should be done, efficiently and with care. Thanks again.....lets hope I wont be back.

The workers at Schmidts were great; they had my oil/filter/lube change and my alignment done in time as well as completing my state inspection despite the machine that they normally use break five minutes before they had to inspect my car. They were also really friendly. I would definitely return to them if I needed anything else for my car.

Our go to collision shop. They do very nice work. The Rustaway oil treatment is also a must for any car in Buffalo. We have had it on our last few truck and never seen even a sign of rust.

Fast estimates usually no wait. They also do Carco inspections, and again usually no wait, and that service is free. Many experienced body shop people here at this specific location.
