I have a brand new car (2000 mile), I woke up one morning and driver door was banged up. Until then, I never had any experience with a body shop. I chose this place because the reviews here on google are superb. I went to the shop, and as all the other reviews stated Amir is very friendly and helpful. However, what I care the most about is the quality of work, here is my experience. I was going out of town for a week, so I dropped my car off during that time so that the shop has enough time to finish the work. When I went back to pick the car the following week - after having received a call that it is ready - the car was ready, but they missed fixing the door handle damage. And when taking a closer look at the paint it was terrible, something they didnt argue because it was obvious. However, they kind of tried to pass the blame, so Amir called the guy who did the work, and that guy then said the guys who did the work on the car missed doing this and that....so I left the car there for rework. (1 star taken off). I went again after the rework was done, and the paint job looked a lot better. But some areas it was not perfect (maybe this is unrealistic expectations), the paint was rough on some edges, on the inside there was a spot where there is some dirt in the paint. (1 star taken off). After taking the car and using it for few hours, I noticed that the door that was replaced sound different when opening and closing, it sounds hallow and there is a rattle sound to it. I took the car back and after a brief inspection they said that there is a piece inside the door (something like a dynamat to absorb noise). It seems this didnt come with the door they got. Anyway, they said they will order that thinking it will resolve the issue. I went back, got it installed, it did not make any difference. The door sound was still off. Amir said there is nothing else we can do!. (1 star taken off).

Amir from Z Auto Body provided top notch service every step of the way. A deer had rammed its head on the left side of our car, damaging the driver’s door, front panel and bumper. Since it was our first experience with auto body work, Amir explained in detail how the claims process works and what to do when. After our insurance company inspected the car and estimated the damage, we got their $2,600 work order and drove the damaged car to the shop. An Enterprise car rental associate was already there to pick us up and take us to the leasing location next to the body shop for us to do the rental paperwork. We didn’t even realize that our insurance policy entitled us to a rental car during repairs until Amir mentioned it (thanks!). The damaged car was dropped off almost at closing time on Monday and the entire repair/replacement was done by late Thursday! The new paint color was an exact match, the thin double white stripes on the side panel and door were perfectly applied, and the car actually looked better than before the deer hit! I drove the rental to the body shop and dropped it off with Amir, and then someone from Enterprise came by and picked it up, inspected it, and released our deposit. So, from the point of view of customer service, actual body work, and convenience, our experience with Z Auto Body was 5-stars all the way.

My 2008 Lexus RX400h was hit by a deer. I notified my insurance company and informed them that I would be taking my car to Z Auto Body for an estimate as this would be our 3rd visit to Z Auto Body. I was contacted by my claims representative the following day as I was on my way to Z Auto Body. Z Auto Bodys estimate was good, and Mo and Z meticulously took pictures of my vehicle, even on the door trim where deer hair could be found. They faxed the information to my claims representative. My claims representative informed me that I could have my vehicle repaired by Z Auto Body. I dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon, and Mo telephoned the rental car company to pick me up. Z was very patient with me as I telephoned many times to inquire about my vehicle and always took the time to speak with me. Z Auto Body did a great job on my vehicle and worked well with my claims representative. They matched the paint exactly. Z Auto Body has great customer service and they deal with customers very fairly. My vehicle looks great. Highly recommend Z Auto Body. They are experts!!

David- Apr 22, 2012 I have used Z Autobody multiple times over the years to repair body damage to cars Ive owned for my 5 daughters, wife and myself. They have always been sympathetic, professional and eager to please. Most recently I accidentally backed into a pole protecting a gas pump at a gas station and dented the bumper on my new Lexus- feeling very frustrated and stupid. I brought the car to Z Autobody thinking it would be a very expensive repair. Zia explained the different ways of repairing it and actually recommended repairing the existing bumper rather than replacing it with a new bumper for which he would have earned more money. As always they did a great job on time and on budget. In these days of finding it hard to find repair shops that you trust its nice to have found a body shop with such a high level of integrity and professionalism.

I completely trusted the rating on google and I cannot tell you how glad I am to have chosen this body shop. As soon as I walked in They were friendly, supportive, informative and very helpful. Emirs even took his time to contact my insurance company to help me gather all of the information to make the best decisions on what to fix. I was beyond impressed that they were able to finish my car so quickly to ensure I would not have to over pay for my rental car. Emirs even called a few days in just to let me know how it was going. The work they completed was fast and amazing! My car looks better than BEFORE the deer hit my car. I could never say enough great things about my experience with Z Auto Body. I would HIGHLY recomend brining your car here because you will never be able to find better service that what is provided by Z Auto Body.

My son had an accident with his 2000 Lexus RX300. We had Z Auto Body perform some body work and paint on the back hatch 3 years prior. We reported the accident to our insurance and my husband took the vehicle to Z Auto Body for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable but we were told that the insurance company would send an adjuster to our home to make certain the estimate was reasonable. The adjuster arrived and found the estimate to be reasonable as he has dealt many times with Z Auto Body. The car was dropped off on Monday and we received the vehicle back on a Thursday afternoon exactly as promised. Z Auto Body put a new front bumper and drivers front fender, painted and matched the paint exactly. Very happy to recommend Z Auto Body. They have great customer service and they deal with customers very fairly.
