Ive been going there to get services and maintenance for cars. Mechanics seem pretty good, and they know what theyre doing. Owner of the shop seems a nice guy. Although I live in Silver Spring, MD., I take my cars to the place for services because theyre good and fees seem reasonable. Ive another with my BMW for its power window motor; it wont come up and close the window. I could hear its power window motor is turning/going. I called and a person had told me that I would have to leave my card overnight because they need to first look at the problem and would have to order correct part(s). I plan to take my car tomorrow morning (6/23/2011) for them to look at the problem, and probably I would need to leave my car there for services; then pick up my car for the next day. They would also able to tell me the cost of services to fix the problem. I will report their services after I pick up my car including the cost of it. This place service is very good and they get the job done right. I would recommend this shop to anyone. There are very good reasons that I come all the way from Silver Spring, MD to repair/fix my cars.

Ive been coming Mr. Lees NoVa Autobody since it was recommended by my uncle. They do honest and competent work on your car. They are very courteous and friendly. I feel very confident they only do necessary work; its difficult to find a shop thats honest. I recently brought my moms accord to check out the brake system and after taking the time to look at it, gave my car back with a clean bill of health. They didnt charge me for the time they took nor tell me I had issues with the car that wasnt true to drum up more business like dealerships and unscrupulous small shops. If you value honest pay for honest work, fear no more, bring your car here for all your needs. Im currently having them install brand new tires I bought off online and an alignment. --Tai Yoon

Mann!! Im going to brag about my experience here. Being in an accident is the most stressful and painful experience you can be involved in. My accident happened two weeks before my birthday and all i can think of was, how bad my birthday would be this year. Let me tell you, these guys had my car finish in 6 days. The Friday starting out my bday weekend, i received a phone call saying my car was ready. That was the first good thing to start my weekend and not only that they detailed my car inside and out! My car looked even better than it did before my accident. All i can do is run back inside and give these guys a hug and tell them How much i appreciated their GREAT work. Went here for the 1st time because I was hit in a car accident and that is where Geico sends you. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very courteous. They pre-ordered parts so the day it got fixed, it was all ready to knock out. Geico claim quoter is right there, as is the rental car rep to get you a rental. It all went very smoothly. To top it all off, when I can to pick up my 10-year-old SUV, it was vacuumed! All the cheerios and other junk all over the seats and floor from 2 kids was magically gone. Totally above and beyond my expectations. Though this place isnt very close to me, I will definitely be coming back again in the future.

So far I cant complain. I did have to wait a longtime to get my car back but it was not because they took too long. Mine needed a part only found in Korea. The only thing I would suggest is dont inform the customer of a pickup time until youre absolutely sure. I did appreciate their customer service. They try hard to please. I never got the run-a-round and never had to leave a message and "not" get a call back. All the staff I met were very friendly. They even follow up a few days after the repair with a phone call. I do hope to never need to see them again but we can all understand why. :-)

After a car slid into my stationary vehicle, Northern Virginia AB was one of the two conveniently located body shops that was that was covered by the other persons insurance. I saw rave reviews, and I cant sing their praises enough. It was such a painless process to work with them, and my car looks more amazing than it did before it was damaged. I felt like I was driving it off of a new car lot! They also made sure that my rental car was free for the duration of the work and washed my car inside and out. The paintwork blended seamlessly with the rest of my car, and they guarantee their work for life.

This was second time i visited NoVa AB shop. Their whole staff was very professional. Mr. Min took the estimate and photos of car. I dropped off car next day and it was ready as per their initial estimate. I didnt have to call to ask them for update either, their staff called me and updated me about the car. Owner is very nice guy, there were some scuff marks on my car and they helped me with that as well. I went there through other partys car insurance and did not have to pay through my pocket. But i think their rates were reasonable. I would definitely recommend it for car body work.

I got my 2011 Prius repaired here recently. It needed, not only bodywork, but brake work and realignment. From the very first phone call to picking up my car, this was the most polite and professional shop Ive ever worked with. I was pretty damn astounded. There were a few things that needed adjusting when the work was done and they did it right there and then. I couldnt be happier with this shop and will definitely use them in the future. One nice feature is they have 3 mechanics on staff. So they can do everything you need without having to send it out to the dealer.

I recently took my 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 to Northern Virginia Autobody workshop to get the hood and top and left back fender repainted since the original manufacturers paint had faded and peeled in large spots. I was very pleased with the work done. It was timely and professional and vastly improves the appearance of the truck. They even painted the whole fender although I had only requested a portion repainted because it would have looked unfinished if left that way. I was not charged for the extra work. First rate work!
