So, rumor has it that youre not supposed to slam your brand new 2014 Acura into the back of another car on 395 snarling traffic for an hour and a half.... but I wanted to test the theory. After destroying the front end of my once beautiful ILX, I took the vehicle, now sporting an automotive-like "Joker" smile, to the Nationwide insurance adjuster... God, I hope theyre still on my side, I thought. I asked him - with all the god fearing honesty I could muster - "Bro, where should I take this whip to make sure my shizz gets redid, ya feel me homie?" He pointed at the giant K&W sign behind him. He explained that he wouldnt let 90% of the Northern VA auto body shops work on his kitchen blender let alone his car. (I dunno... maybe kitchen blenders are prized family heirlooms?). Still skeptical, I threw him the keys and awaited my chariots arrival (Enterprise Rent-A-Car picked me up in a Dodge Fart... er, I mean, Dart.) 2 weeks later and Justin (the guy whose voice sounds like it belongs hosting a radio show and not at the service counter of a vehicle repair facility) calls and lets me know my whip is ready. Holy shmokes! I swear, as they pulled the (detailed, washed and waxed) vehicle from the garage, I could hear faint sounds of angelic voices in the background. Im not sure if they had the last "Touch by an Angel" soundtrack playing over the loud speakers, but it worked. The car is great. I had a few issues with some of the alignment (hey, Im picky yo), but they had NO issue fixing everything I nitpicked. While I hope I never have to use K&W again (unless you all just LOVE sitting in the traffic jams I cause... I which case...), Id highly recommend them to anyone who thought giving their car a face lift using another car was a good idea. I think they said theres a lifetime warranty on the work (and judging by the way science is headed, I plan to live to 200), so thats awesome. Shout out to Jim, the owner, and Justin, the voice over guy who moonlights as a service repair tech dude, and to all the gentlemen who did such an awesome job on the whip!

First of all I would like to thank Andy Merino for his EXCELLENT care and service with my Dodge Ram 2500. I showed up very nervous about putting my truck in the shop yet again due to it being just short of a Lemon. I cleaned out my truck as best I could to make sure nothing was taken, marked down the mileage AND how much gas was in it just to be sure that they didnt go joy riding like the last shop my baby was in! When I got my truck back it was beautiful!! they buffed the whole truck of all minor scratches and really tried to make it like new but not go too crazy on prices, In the end it costed about 2,800 dollars for a new driver door front panel and the adjusted the bumper, buffed and cleaned the whole truck up and tried to pop out all the dents!! (my truck sees a lot of off roading in my wooded back yard cleaning up from cut down trees every year!) So, aside from the job they did, it is what they DID NOT do that pleased me most! They left my 50 cents, some movies, sunglasses and my 300 dollar necklace in the truck! Not only that but the mileage was EXACTLY the same as when I took it there and the gas not a millimeter off!!! They had my truck for almost 2 weeks, but I am well beyond happy with their service and really will push EVERYONE to go there if they need work done on their vehicle!! Again, Thank you Andy Merino for not only the thank you card, but the service! and Thank you K&W for hiring Andy!! I think he needs a raise!!! :-D

From the minute I walked into the shop (my second time, but the last was about 10 years ago), until I picked up my VW, the staff was superb, especially Jason. He was very helpful and always responsive to my requests. It was a rear-end damage claim with another insurance company and Jason made sure the other company followed through and got me what I needed to be assured my VW was fixed properly. When I picked up my car, it looked like it just came off the show-room floor! WOW! It was superbly detailed, and no sign of damage whatsoever. I would recommend these folks highly. I hope I dont have to use them again, but if I have an accident, there is no place else to go! Thanks to everyone there!

July 2016... Just had another repair with K&W. Another awesome experience. 2014... K & W does awesome work. I just received my 2005 Nissan Altima back after being rear ended a few weeks ago. They completed all the work in less than a week. As Ive come to expect from K & W the car looked great. After trying several other body shops in the Woodbridge area over the last many years I wont ever go anywhere else. Not only is their body work outstanding, they pay attention to little things like being courteous and keeping me well informed on the status of my car. They cleaned and polished the entire car inside and out before returning to me including polishing the headlamps.

I would give them 6 stars, if possible! I had to get my front bumper replaced and within 3 days I was back in my car! I was notified every step of the way I even got a phone call saying that the estimate they gave me was too high (they anticipated me needing a part that I didnt actually need)! So the expense was actually LOWER than estimated! Hard to find honesty like that these days. Great experience, friendly staff, very professional, and most importantly my car looks great! With a ton of auto body shops in the area, it can be hard to find the right one. I knew I selected the right when every single review is 5 stars. Keep up the awesome work, K & W!

Im a young girl with a black mustang, with a couple dents and what I presumed to be scratches on the side. One of the employees inspected my vehicle, and instead of taking my $ and giving an estimate, he simply took a rag with product on it and eliminated it. I thought that was so kind esp because Im a bit apprehensive when I go to body shops and what not. He was very kind, as was the shop. They also pick up on the 1st ring :-) and ladies they are pretty cute too!

I typically only write reviews for exceptionally good service or extremely bad service. So for me to go out of my way to tell you how great K&W was means that they are awesome! Someone side swiped my 2014 Chevy Camaro and they fixed her up like new. They called and gave me updates and even called a few days after I had my car back to make sure everything was okay. Everyone there is super nice and if I have any more issues I will work with them in the future.

I just had my car repaired from K and W. They were professional, very courteous, and their customer service was top notch. The part needed to fix my car was ordered and arrived very quickly, I received a call as soon as it was in, and when I took my car in it was fixed quickly and they buffed out some small marks and dings on my car, too. And I received a follow-up call after the work was done. I would gladly recommend K and W to anyone. 5 stars.
