I have bought three vehicles from edinburg motors. and the last one I bought was chevy cruz ltz 2011. and when I bought the car I asked if there was any problems or bad history with car I was told no. but when I took to a dealership in Harrisonburg this week to do a trade in. I was told there was lemon on the car. the car wa bought back at somepoint. and they were going to value my car at 10,000-11,000 but since this came up they only will give 7,000 for it. so I was very upset. I left and went back to the dealer where I bought the chevy cruz at. I showed him the paper wrk and told him what had happened. and he said that wasent right he would do some thing to help me. so he called me asked me how was my credit I told him it wasent perfect. he told he would get back with me and he never did and it has been 2 days havent heard any thing yet. I also asked him if he could write me the difference in a check and he told me he could not do that. I feel like Im stuck with a 2011 chevy cruz and cant get rid of it because the car is a lemon. I was a very good customer to edinburg motors. I just feel they should do some thing to help me out because the situation is wrong. so I guess isnce my credit wasent very good he couldnt get me and loan but he never bothered to call me back. he name was matt.

My fiancè bought a 2014 Dodge truck from them, soon after he got it, it started having problem after problem. The final straw was when the paint started chipping off the truck, he looked under the truck and found that the entire underside was covered in rust, and the whole body had been painted over to make it look brand new, the truck had apparently been in a flood and had severe water damage. Knowing that what they did could reflect badly on them, after they took back the truck they told my fiancè that they were going to try and sell it again at the auction for even more than they sold it to him for (16,000) quite obviously wanting him to not say anything about his ordeal with them. He declined being a better man than they are. Do not trust this dealership.

Got back quickly with info on the car with no ads and just answered my questions which was refreshing compared to big dealerships! Pricing was great as they honored an email price that was better than sticker and also had no processing fees! They are CarFax certified dealer now so every car comes with a CarFax either linked on their site or just ask. We bought the car even though we live a few hours away as we were nearby for the day and they made the process super easy and quick so we could get on with our day. We got a follow up call with some extra paperwork just mailed to us, and now were all set and excited to have a new (to us) car!
