UPDATE 12/14/16: My husband made contact with the new manager, Patrick, at Caliber Collision, about three weeks ago. Patrick stayed on top of things to make sure that the new part required for my car was ordered and replaced. It has been about two weeks and so far, so good. I appreciate Patricks effort to make things right. ================================= My car was in an accident a few weeks ago to no fault of my own. The other drivers insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision Wakefield for the estimate and repair. I actually thought this may be a different kind of auto repair experience. The popcorn machine, onsite car rental, and onsite auto insurance reps could easily cloud your thinking. However, do not be fooled. One day after the repair work was completed and I picked up my car; however, the adhesive strip on my bumpers spoiler began to separate. I immediately alerted the insurance companys repair rep I had been working with and a service advisor from Caliber called immediately to schedule a time for me to bring the car. I asked if I would need to be there all day to wait on the repair and he assured me it was a quick fix. I brought the car in three days later as scheduled, I showed the service advisor what needed to be repaired. Within 10-15 minutes (certainly no more than 20) I was told the car was ready to go. I was shocked and asked if the adhesive needed time to dry. He said no because they use whats likened to double-sided tape. He said that if it separated again to let them know. Sure enough, two days later, the adhesive, in the same location has separated. Again, I immediately contacted the insurance company repair rep and again she reached out to same Caliber Collision service advisor. Only this time, he has yet to bother himself to respond. The "caring" customer service experience initially felts has quickly turned to the very familiar "take a number and well get to you IF we can." It has been days with no response. Not even a courtesy call. I am extremely disappointed. These days we are all busy. The time that it takes me to continually take the car in to Caliber Collision to finish the work they started, is time away from my work. Time is money for everyone. It appears that once Caliber Collision is paid for what should be completed repairs, they could care less about ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied from beginning to the bitter end. It becomes a fight to the end. And ALWAYS wait a few days before filling out the customer service survey they send; inevitably, you WILL have more to say.

I was recently rear ended in my newly purchased vehicle, so you can imagine my stress level. The at-fault drivers insurance company referred me to Haddock, as they work hand-in-hand with them. A few words to describe my experience with Haddock: PLEASANT - My first impression, as is with any company, was based on the front desk staff. They were welcoming, friendly and pleasant to deal with. The same can be said for the service techs and the team leader, David Nobles. I had a bothersome issue with the insurance company and David took care of this on the back end to ensure I was a happy customer. A+ in professionalism! CONVENIENT - I work a lot, so I am unable to answer phone calls most of the day. Haddock texted me updates throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. Additionally, they have a rental company on site which was extremely convenient for me. Two birds, one stone. EFFICIENT - When I dropped off my car AND when I picked it up, I was in and out in no time. More importantly, not once did I feel as though my car repairs were being neglected or forgotten about, which is no surprise as Haddock seemed very methodical and organized from the start. HIGH QUALITY - My car was repaired flawlessly and I am happy with their work. In short, my experience was nothing less than great and I will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional customer service with excellent results!

I would prefer 0 stars. They did not do the repairs they said they did to my car and then tried to over charge my insurance company for work they didnt do. Short version of the story, I asked the manager, Wayne, why they did not fix the dent in the side of my car and his response was, "Well we didnt fix this because it is damaged right above it." Um, youre supposed to fix the damage. Isnt that the point in a collision center??? They took my car back a second time to repair what they were supposed to do the first time and then a lot more they didnt bother to check the first time, they did a better job but there is no paperwork to show what they did to my car. I called Wayne back and he had no idea what work was actually done to my car. A few days later I hear a popping sound underneath my car which turns out to be bad installation of sway bats, which I remember Wayne telling me over the phone they would have to replace, but were not on the estimate. Horrible service and work done on my car. Places like this are the reason insurance rates are so high. I never post reviews, but this place is awful and warrants the worst review possible.

We had to get some paint repair work done on our vehicle. Scheduling appointments for the estimate and the subsequent repair was very easy. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. When we brought our vehicle in for repair, we met with Kenny B. so he could verify with us the work they were going to do. It was during this time that Kenny realized there was an error in the estimate we had been quoted. Without hesitation, he acknowledged that it was their error and that they would gladly honor the estimate. At no point did he ever make us feel uncomfortable or guilty about the estimate. Additionally, when we went to pick up our vehicle, Kenny showed us the work that was done and ensured that we were satisfied with it. Kenny was a pleasure to work with, along with the rest of the Caliber staff. Also, when we dropped off the vehicle our son left his school backpack in it. He didnt realize it until 4 minutes before their closing time. I called Caliber and Jessica volunteered to meet us on her way home so we could get the backpack. We greatly appreciated that!!! A+ for Caliber; they went above and beyond!

I brought my brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee in to have it repaired after a tree limb fell on it. I also decided to have them take care of a door ding on my back drivers side door. The repair was done on time; however, when I received my vehicle there were 3 problems that were not present when I dropped it off, plus some over spray. I spoke with the manager and they paid for a rental car (the work was being done on a Friday so I was without my vehicle for another full weekend). Now, the customer service I received was great, that is until a few days after I got my car back and I noticed another issue. There were two dents on my back speaker where they took the door off. I sent Christine and email explaininf the findings (keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW car). I received a response asking me to send pictures. I sent he pictures and never got a response. No apology. Nothing. I can not justifiably recommend this shop to anyone. As soon as they have your money dont expect to hear from them. Its so sad because I was sent there on a recommendation and now I can not do the same.
