My wife damaged the rear corner of our Honda about two years ago and we took it to Cosners for a repair. They did it quickly but when I went to pick it up, the panel they replaced was much whiter than the rest of the white car. When I pointed this out I was told that the new white section of the body would darken over time. This seemed contrary to the fading effect of the sun that I had observed but they were sure that they had done the very best that they could and I was under a time crunch so I accepted their work. Just a few months ago she damaged the front corner of the car and another panel needed to be replaced. This time we went to Braggs as they have a relationship with the insurance company. Braggs took much longer to do the repair but they were able to match the white color of the car exactly. I asked the technician at Braggs about a panel darkening over time and they dismissed the idea. I expect that I notice the rear panel more than others might - its not a big deal, but I am left with the feeling that I was told a story.

I was referred by Flow VW. Cosner Bros. sent a porter to transfer the car which was Great. They were not on my insurance (State Farm) "approved list" but One of the Cosners assured me that my insurance couldnt dictate where I have the car fixed. All of the "approved shops" had poor reviews and Cosner had some good ones so I wanted to work with them. They talked directly to State farm and had the parts orders on the Monday after the Thursday they got the car. The workman ship was a 7 out of 10. I had three issues: one they didnt clean the car before diagnosis or painting; two, I found a couple foam fillers that didnt get replaced. Lastly, there was some overspray and a couple minor bare spots. I returned to the shop before releasing payment and they fixed everything we could find right on the spot related to the overspray and bare spots. I gave them one of the foam pieces but was distract and dint get an answer about it and Ive since found another foam block. I had a good experience and would highly recommend them.

I bought a new car last year and have had to take it to the body shop twice (a concrete pole in a parking garage and a deer). The first time I brought my car here, I had already gone to several body shops for estimates. I only brought it to Cosner Brothers because my insurance company told me I had to. The folks there are very nice and they did an excellent job. After the repairs, my car looked like new again. A few months ago, I hit a deer, and I took my car straight to Cosner Brothers. Again, it came back looking brand new. I could not be more pleased. The folks there were very nice and told me to bring my car back if I had any problems with the repairs and they would stand by their work.

Rude,Rude and rude if more people who had bad experience with this place would write a review they would be out of business. I was in their and five other people were very unhappy, and had a bad experience. The guys were so rude and unprofessional. Wouldnt even let an elderly lady use the restroom, and yes she was paying her bill. Just a bunch of a holes here Period!!! .
