Amazing I am adding a fall 2017 review to an earlier spring 2017 review - see below. If I could go to six stars I would: Fall 2017 I have used Jay and Maaco many times (also a shout out to Tish the office manager). Maaco did a great job on my front bumper about six months ago (and even earlier a full paint job). This time I had a friend back into my car as he was leaving his garage, damaging the bumper, taillight, and metal frame that holds the bumper and headlight in place. As I felt awful I wanted to make this as painless as possible. Not only did Jay (the Owner/Manager) get me in quickly, we worked together to find parts (online, much better than OEM) and the work was done flawlessly. I have had other work done and friends compliment me constantly on how good my car looks at its age and miles. Highly recommended. Pictures of the before and after are included, but the original work and bumper still gets thumbs up all around. Spring 2017 I have my joys, a BMW 335xi and a mechanical engineering son who loves cars that I both baby. I needed to take care of my car and my son sent me parts to install (his way of doing things). Being thorough I visited three shops for estimates and to judge their clientele. The Geico shop was good, but would not install my parts (given their quote for the same part was three times what I paid - they did not know my price - I understand where they make their profits). Jay worked with me (my parts - new door and new bumper) along with body work in numerous places and a full repaint. I just got back from an inaugural run (to my sons college) and know things were good when I got a thumbs up. I include before and after pictures, but would say that I wholeheartedly endorse Jay and this Maaco (not every Maaco). You will be in good hands, but know what you want as the choices and costs vary (different strokes for different folks). However, if you are an enthusiast you will appreciate the service even more and you wont be disappointed in trusting Jay.

if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Very friendly and professional and they take a lot of pride in their work. You kind of feel like youre dealing with a good wholesome family business that you can trust. I drove my truck through some bushes. the whole truck looked like a cat scratch post. I wanted to buff it out on my own to see how bad it was before committing to a paint job, which I was prepared to do. I asked them for advice. They could have very easily sold me a new paint job (1.5-2k) or buff and wet sand job (700-800). Jay (the owner) spent time with me giving me information I needed to buff it myself. He told me what to buy, what equipment I needed and what to avoid. Im guessing he was worried I might mess it up and do more damage. Im not really sure. thats the only explanation I could come up with for why he agreed to take it on as a pet project and agreed to do it for $200-$250. He spent his own time (after hours) working on my truck. He could have stopped after buffing and recommended a paint job. But he kept going and didnt stop until he got everything he could out. He spent six hours of his own time and wet sanded where he needed to. He did a really amazing job. There are some scratches that cant be fixed but overall it looks better than before I drove though the bushes. It almost feels like a new truck. I wish I thought to take some before and after pictures. Ill definitely be going back to Maaco the next time my teenager drivers decide to crash into something!!!

This shop is a perfect example that sometimes you dont get what you pay for... sometimes you get WAY more. Steve runs a great shop and has now done several projects for me. He has painted everything from 15 passenger vans a standard white color to color matching an "impossible" pearl orange on a custom motorcycle from a very small sample. Steve takes pride in the work his shop puts out and it shows in the quality of the finished product. His painter is one of the best Ive seen in many years of having vechicles and parts painted. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs anything painted. I have never had anything but excellent service and high quality finished results. This is the first time I have ever written an internet review and dont plan to do this any time soon again but If I can help people get the same service and quality I am getting at the very fair rates they charge then it was worth the time.

My car had relatively light front fender and bumper damage from a low-speed run in with the ditch. I took it to Maaco, met Steve, the owner, who personally looked at the car and gave me an estimate. Steve is one of the most professional, courteous, and affable people that I had the pleasure of dealing with. The repair quality was excellent, the paintwork was great, and the price was below my expectations. Not only did they repair all the damage, they fabricated a custom fog-light bracket, saving me money on a new part. All the work was done on schedule. Steves story about how he started the business, as well as his orange Mustang that can be seen parked outside convinced me that Im dealing with a rare breed of professional - one who takes pride in his work and values his reputation.

I took my 96 Subaru Legacy to the Cedar Lane Sterling VA. location to get painted. The results are flawless. I spoke with Steve, (who turned out to be the owner), a couple days prior to bringing it in and discussed the job in detail. After dropping it off he even gave me a ride around the corner to work. The job took the 3 buisness days he estimated. I was so happy when I arrived and saw the end result. Everyone who has seen it compliments on how good it looks. It turns out that Steve was the one who sprayed my car. The quality of the work, the value I recieved, the professionalism of Steve and his crew made me write this review. It pleases me to see operations run with this much care, that work values like this still exist. I recommend this shop to all.

I brought my Honda Accord to them to fix some extensive body damage and I am very impressed with their service as well as the quality of their work. They were very friendly, professional and it took them only three days to do what other shops would have took 1-2 weeks minimum to do. Steve told me it would take three days and it took only three days! The price was VERY reasonable and you just cant beat a reasonable price for great quality and fast service. My car hasnt looked this good since I drove it off the lot brand new. If you need body work or anything else done to your car, I highly recommend you service your car with them, as they really know what they are doing. I cannot thank them enough for restoring my car!
