Once they "finished" the work on my car and I paid them they called me on two separate occasions to come back once to sign more paper work that they forgot about a second time to add another part that they initially didnt receive in the mail until after I had picked up my car ... Will not be back Update. Had to go back after the tail light which Braggs had fixed went out and I was confronted by the staff for my "rude review" which is exactly what happened instead of asking what they could do better Braggs found it more productive to try to make me feel bad for hurting their rating online apparently google reviews is only for positive feedback and should not serve as a warning to other potential customers my research on them before I used them made me feel like I would be treated well but my experience was not up to the level of what I had seen very disappointing and insulting

I had 2 accidents in 1 weeks, messing up the front of my car, and the back. A brand new car which was less than 6 months old!!!. I took it to Braggs, and they contacted my insurance company directly. Everything was scheduled at my convenience and while my car was at Braggs, I could look at pictures of the progress they were making on fixing it. When I got my car back, it loooked brand new, I could not tell where the work had been done. The people were nice, caring, helped me with all the paperwork and fixed my car back to its brand new status! I would not take my car anywhere else, and have sent many friends there. All of them have come away happy!! Braggs is the best!!!

I had damage to the drivers side rear quarter panel of my Benz (someone decided they wanted to share my traffic lane with me!); Braggs was able to provide an estimate of the damage at my convenience, and repair the damage in a very timely manner (in less than a week). I was provided with pictures of and updates on the repairs throughout the process, and they worked through my insurance company so that I didnt have to do much of anything legwork-wise. Complete "concierge" style service, as far as Im concerned, and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

They offer great service. They are super nice people and very helpful. I had been to Ford dealer to get an estimate before but they didnt even let me start the car so that they can hear how bad my exhaust was after the collision. They said my car is already old!!! WTF! Braggs body shop people were extremely cooperative and helped me out. They checked my car very thoroughly. I didnt have to deal with the insurance and they took care of everything. They also cleaned my car! I would recommend them to everyone.

Terrific experience! Took my vehicle there after hitting a deer. They inspected it right away and explained their process. They communicated with my insurance provider and kept things convenient for me. On the day of pick up the vehicle looked great. It was clean and it was evident that they carefully restored it to as close as new as possible. Thanks Braggs. Hopefully I dont need your services again soon, but when I do, Ill know who to call!

An excellent experience getting my bumper replaced. Braggs clearly explained their quote, and even got the cars manufacturer to price-match a part that was not available as an after-market for my vehicle. They finished the job ahead of schedule and cleaned the car. I sincerely hope that I dont need body work again anytime soon, but if I do, Ill go back. Thanks, Braggs!

Great service, excellent job. My car needed additional work at additional expense beyond what the insurance appraiser initially approved. Braggs took care of contacting the insurance company and getting approval for the additional work. The work was not only perfect and timely done, but they cleaned my car! I would recommend Braggs Body Shop to anyone.

Braggs Body Shop did an excellent job repairing my car. On the morning that I dropped off my car, I noticed a screw in one of my tires. Braggs repaired my tire at no additional cost. Great customer service! The staff is very personable and responsive. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
