A deer struck our car on Labor Day 2017. The car had $5800.00 damage but was still drive able. At the recommendation of My insurance company we took the car to Masters Auto Body. Right away the staff was friendly and very helpful. They even had a rental car for us. The time line for repair was 9 days, so on the following Monday I stopped by to see the progress of the repairs. I was shocked to see that the car was completely together and ready for detailing! This was 4 days total!! Due to scheduling we could not pick up the car until Wednesday morning. The detailing job was superb, the car looked new. The paint and body panel fit was excellent. I could not have asked for better. For great customer service, and true experts in the field Masters is the way to go!

I gave them a call to check if they can repair my car and had a very embarrassing phone conversation. I simply tried to tell the operator what car I have and what the problem is, but she cut me short, saying that they "can do it" and asking if she can sign me up for an appointment. It was clear that she did not listen to me and was not interested in learning what the issue was. They work till 5pm on week days and it was important to me that before I take off my office during my work hours I am confident that these guys are capable of repairing my imported car, and apparently the phone call was not helpful at all. Shame...

I never do ratings, but Masters Auto Body was wonderful! Customer service was fantastic. They emailed me my estimate to avoid having me wait. They had a rental car for me when I dropped my car off (which they set up for me) I dropped my car off one day and picked it up the next. My car looks great! It was washed, waxed, vacuumed and shampooed. I have had body work done to my car before at a different place and they didn’t do any of that. It looked like a brand new car. Body work was great. Friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend them!

They were able to get my car into the shop within 2 days of my call. They were prompt, courteous and helpful on the drop-off day. I used a rental from Masters, and they very kindly allowed me to take it on a road trip that I had planned over the holiday weekend. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company, and I have had to do virtually zero leg work to get this repair done. I have loved my experience thus far! Will comment more when I actually get my car back, but so far this place is TOP NOTCH and they have a very loyal customer here!

Jeff did an amazing job on my Land Rover. He really assured me at the beginning that he was going to devote his attention to my car. During the process, he was so attentive and kept me updated. When I picked up the car, I couldnt have been happier. It looked like brand new. He also noticed a sound that prompted him to check the power steering fluid, which was low. I never would have noticed, so I thank him for his attentiveness and wonderful service. Not only would I go back there again, I would recommend Masters to anyone.

My car was hit by a box truck while parked in a lot behind where I worked. I was so discouraged that it wouldnt look the same. I searched online for an auto body shop near my house and found Masters auto body, and man did they not dissapoint! I couldnt believe it! They not only made my car look like it hadnt been hit, they made it look better! They not only fixed the damage, they washed, waxed and vaccumed the inside of my car. I would highly recommend Masters auto body to anyone whos car is in need of any repairs.

Outstanding and on target. I had some serious damage done to my car while it was parked and Masters was recommended. They were efficient professional courteous etc etc- They were easy to deal with and really know their business. The work was outstanding. They had the parts ordered by the time I brought the car in. Took care of a rental car. Friends have used other body shops in the area and were satisfied with them but Masters came highly recommended and they lived up to it.

Ive heard several extreme views about Masters (loved it or very frustrated) but my experience was entirely positive. The folks at Masters gave me a prompt estimate, worked closely with my Cincinnati Ins agent, included a rental car in the package, and called me four days after I left the car and said it was ready to pick up. And it was, as well as clean inside and out with a great job on the body work. They were courteous throughout. They made a bad situation better.

I was in and out of Masters in less than 15 minutes upon pick up and drop off of the rental. Five minutes of pleasantries/paperwork and the rest was wrestling my car seat :) They fixed my bruised and battered truck like it was their #1 priority, kept me in the loop regarding pick up and extending my rental coverage and I couldnt be more pleased with the awesome staff. Kudos for you all and taking pride in your everyday and making mine a little less hectic!

The people here are very kind and easy to work with. As a younger woman, I absolutely dread going to body shops because I feel like Im going to get charged a ton of money for things I dont need. I went here to get my turn signal fixed, and the same guy who checked me in fixed it in about 10 minutes, then didnt charge me a cent. Just fantastic customer service in a place I would definitely go back to.

I simply made a phone call inquiring about their rates for car washing & auto detailing and was quickly hung-up on without reason or explanation. And this was a phone call by a potential customer.. emphasis on potential. If they treat inquiring, out-of-state people like this over the phone - I wonder how their actual services are..

Excellent customer service! They thoroughly explained and reviewed the costs of the damage of my car and how long it would take to fix it. They also provided me with a BMW rental, which my insurance covered. Most importantly, they did a great job on the body repair! I would highly recommend Masters Auto Body.

Been using Masters for some years. One involving a repair to a classic car and another to a new Prius. All work excellent quality. Timely fashion. Good service and also was able to have related mechanical issues from the damage rectified. Highly recommend and thanks for the good work.
