SIx Stars:****** I have used many vendors for my home and car over the years. Antonio, the owner of Sterling Auto Body Repair in Silver Spring Maryland is one of the best. I started using him when Jennifer, our agent at State Farm said, "this guy is great." Ive now used him 3-4 times over several years, the last time recently when we had moderate damage to our car. Weve used him for car damage with and without an insurance claim. Ive told my wife this each time, "This gentleman is amazing. You finish with his auto repair experience and you feel like youve just had an experience at the Ritz Carlton Resort." He and his staff are incredibly nice. They communicate with fine manners, professionalism and speed. They keep you aware of the intricacies of the repair process. When you walk into their nice office they are welcoming and handing you things to drink and places to find a comfortable seat to sit and discuss things. Then when the cars comes back, usually several days later, into your hands it is not only repaired but spotlessly washed and cleaned inside and out. Antonio gives you what you regularly used to get, fine American capitalism with a good hard worker giving his customer excellent service and a fair price. He should be proud of building and running such a business- good man! And, note, I have no relationship with him or State Farm. All I want is for him to always be around to care for my cars. If 10 stars were an option, I would rate Sterling Auto 10 stars! I came to Sterling at the recommendation of my insurance agent. She couldnt say enough about his work and professionalism. Now I understand why. Every aspect of my experience was positive. Jessica at the front desk is knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. The shop is clean and comfortable. The mechanics are on point. I cant say enough about Antonio, the owner. He immediately gained my confidence and trust during the estimate process. He was honest, direct and treated me with respect. When I asked questions, he took the time to explain the answers thoroughly and clearly. All quotes were in writing and he stuck to them. Antonio runs a high-integrity, high-quality shop. He stands behind his work. I am so glad that I was introduced to Sterling Auto. I would definitely recommend him for paint/body and electrical work. I am loyal for life.

This is the 2nd time Ive had my Sonata fixed here. Both times my car was rear ended and this time the bumper was destroyed. Marta and Jessica are very friendly, informed, and helpful. They will call and/or email you information as well. They can explain everything to you and even show you around the shop and their process. They will deal with the insurance and car rental, making it as easy as possible. Antonio was very nice and gave me an interesting education on car parts. Bottom Line = They did a great job both times. They seem to care about their customers and making them happy. They clean your car inside and out (although this time the inside wasnt as well cleaned as before... a minor complaint.) I was so happy with my "new" car, that I went and dropped them off some happy hour beverages! Thanks Sterling!

April 2015 We have used the owner Antonio at Sterling Auto Repair now 5-6 times over several years. Each time I get outstanding service. It feels like Im going to the Ritz Carlton rather than going to an auto body shop. He and his staff are extremely nice, professional, well mannered and responsive. The materials they use and the skill in which they repair the care are outstanding. They obviously take great pride in their work. Their prices are very fair. Antonio is also very transparent and honest. He should get, "Maryland Businessman of the Year Award." Id want him running any business I owned. What a fine example of high class American business. My car had been making awful noises and had consulted with other service shops but was not satisfied with them.I then took the car to Sterling Auto Service & Body Shop and the "diagnoses" were en pointe! The problems and the process were explicitly explained to me.My car was meticulously worked on, was cleaned inside and out - my ML 350 runs and looks "almost" new! In addition, Antonio is very honest and all the replaced parts were shown to me and he took the time to explain to me why each part had to be replaced. I have bringing my cars to Sterling Auto for years and I would never go anywhere else. The management and staff are top notch, customer service oriented professionals and the body work is tremendous. My cars always look brand new after service like they have never been in an accident!! Update 8/1/2015: I needed a new front bumper after I lost a battle with the ice this past winter. Of course I too my car to Sterling Auto for repairs and I could not be more satisfied. Great service and great work!! Best body shop in the metro area without a doubt.

Someone had hit my Mercedes s500. I took my car to Sterling Auto Service. It was the best experience I have ever had at a body shop. Antonio Was Very Professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. The ladies at the front were very pleasant and offered me something to drink. My car looked brand new a d they even washed it for me! I was very happy with all of the service they provided. I have referred all of my friends and family to them. I took my vehicle in to Sterling for an oil change. When the mechanics took my vehicle in they noticed that I was in need of an ABS sensor and a lower control arm. Had it not been looked at I could have gotten into a very bad accident. I was very pleased with the customer service. They have a beautiful office and seating area for customers. I will take my vehicle to Sterling for all of my vehicle service needs. They are trustworthy and professional.
