My car was hit while parked and I was in need of a Body shop. My car is a 2013 Hyundai and I never was involved in an accident before now. I wanted to make sure I took my car to the best place so I got online, read reviews and made my decision to fix my car at C&G Specialty Auto Repair and Auto Body. I passed by the place before when it was Specialty Auto Body but never had a need to go there. Anyway where do I begin? AMAZING! From the beginning to the middle to the end, I was and I am impressed. When I arrived I went inside to a beautiful and clean office and met Adrian who immediately received my car, made an estimate, took my insurance information and arranged my car rental and he even got me a FREE rental upgrade. I went home without a worry and the next day he called me and emailed me to let me know that everything was handled with Geico insurance and he provided me with a completion date. The car was ready exactly on time and when I arrived they had the car in front ready for me to drive home and I did with smile so when the following day a member of their staff called me to ask if I was pleased with their service and quality, I said I was Amazed !!!!!! I hope to never have another accident but if do, I know where to go.

I cant say enough great things about this place. My old Honda Accord needed some body work - a new front quarter panel, bumper, headlights, alignment work, etc. C&G lives up to its great reputation! As everyone else has said, Adrian was a pleasure to work with, and everyone that I interacted with at C&G was courteous and professional. The quality of their work was outstanding. When I picked my car up, I was floored - the front end of my car looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. The paintwork was expertly blended in, and they even went so far as to repair some rust and rock chips on the leading edge of my hood - I was not expecting that! They could have easily ignored the rust bubbles, and only did the bare minimum of blending the new paint into the hood, but they didnt. The only issue was, after having new headlights installed, they werent properly aimed. But after bringing it to C&Gs attention, Adrian was quick to let me bring my car back in, on my schedule, and took care of the issue promptly and free of charge. Im glad that I found this place, because after not being impressed by 3 Honda dealerships in this area, Im going to be taking my Accord to them from here on out for all of my repair and maintenance needs, too.

I could not recommend Specialty Auto more highly. I had a dent in my left front fender and paint coat chipping/peeling, and after doing copious research to get multiple quotes from several different auto body shops, Specialty not only offered the lowest price, but they also conceded to my request for an after-market part, and were very transparent about itemizing all aspects of the process, parts, and labor required. They were very communicative and conducted a follow-up phone call after my visit to confirm interest and answer additional questions. They also had the car ready in less than two days, and called me in advance to let me know the car was ready (even earlier than expected). I could not have been more pleased with the promptness and high quality of their customer service. As if that wasnt enough, when I arrived to pick up my car, they informed me they had taken further costs off the overall price because certain components were cheaper than expected, and showed great integrity and honesty by reducing the price appropriately. The fender was a good quality part, and solidly in place. Plus, they washed my entire car as an added-value free service. I will definitely go back to Specialty with any further auto body needs.

I took my vehicle to the dealer because it was making a strange noise, and their mechanic said it needed a new frame! I called several repair shops to get a second opinion, but they all wanted me to make an appointment for the following week. Then I called C&G Specialty and spoke to Adrian, the manager. He said to come on over, and though he was very busy, he took the time to look at the problem right then and there. He walked alongside my car as I drove it, then we did a short test drive together. He put my car up on the lift and inspected it with a mechanic, then showed me what they thought was wrong. I received a detailed estimate for the needed work, and they began working on it a few days later. And half way through the job, before they put everything back together, I was able to inspect the repair work, and it looked great. I found Adrian to be very friendly and knowledgeable, and he went the extra mile to help me out, even arranging transportation to and from the shop for me. There were one or two minor things that could have been handled differently, but overall the customer service and work were excellent.

I chose C&G after a pretty nasty crash which crumpled the whole front left of my Toyota Prius. I chose them for their very high ratings, and after going through the repair process with them, I can say that those high reviews are very much warranted. They were quick to give me a free estimate, and then quick to order the array of parts needed to make the repairs. My car required a lot of body work, but also some mechanical and electrical work. When I had some doubts about the brake system, the manager drove around with me and tested them for himself. C&G has an incredible personal touch, and this put me quite at ease. The staff was honest and direct about what needed to be done, and they always met their estimated repair times. I worked most with Omar, who was the technician who did most of the mechanical and electrical repairs. To make sure it was safe to drive, he took it through some extensive test drives and alignment procedures. All in all, C&G has my highest praise. Thanks guys! The car looks and operates just like new.

Ive been with C and G for several years now. I have had the best service any customer can ask for. The service department service has been excellent, the customer service is excellent, and yet but not least Mr. Gaven himself has really work with me and is the most amazing, patient, and kind hearted guy. At C and G customers are first and they always make sure of that. Ive never been to a dealership and felt like I was at home. They are very welcoming and the explain every thing to you instead of just love rushing you to sign on the dotted lines. Whenever I have any problems with my vehicles which is rear the auto body department from Mr. Adrian Rosales to Ms. Yudi have always worked around me and is always there at my need. I would never go any where else to purchase my vehicle at my new home C and G. Thank you for everything and I will always be a valued customer. You guys are the best

I was recently rear ended by a negligent uber driver from Maryland (Double Negative -__-). My vehicle is a 2017 Honda Hrv and I had had it less than a month. I have never had to take my vehicle to a body shop and was very nervous about this because I am extremely picky about my car being in absolutely prestine condition. My repair took awhile because Honda kept sending the shop the wrong part so they cannot be blamed for that. But the owner kept in contact with me and kept me up to date with the status. The receptionist was also very kind and very professional. Long story short, I just picked up my vehicle today and this shop did an absolutely flawless job. Being the picky individual that I am, I am extremely impressed and satisfied. My car looks just as nice as when I drove it off the dealership lot. I highly recommend this place, people are kind and work done is top notch!
