I picked this company to fix my car after it was rear-ended; damaging the hatch, bumper and the under carriage tire storage. I chose them after reading reviews on several sources, and speaking with Donna over the phone. Although I had to wait to get the car in, the wait was worth it. The work was done on time, matched the insurance payment, and looked fabulous. Fast forward 3 months...I have an issue with water coming into the rear passenger area from heavy rains - nowhere near the damaged/repaired area. I called to see what could be done in case it was related to the hit and hadnt been noticed. End of story - I was asked to bring the car by so they could see if the problem could be found, although it didnt seem like it was related to the accident. After some initial checking, the car stayed for further examination. They were intent on helping me resolve the issue. Turns out there was a tiny unsealed seam under the rear end where heavy rain run-off was entering. All fixed - plus they dried out the interior using the bake room. Above and beyond. Great service. While I hope I never need them again, they have my business and recommendation for life!

I damaged my passenger door yesterday in a small backing-up accident. Door could not be opened or closed. I started an insurance claim and chose Auto Body of Vienna to do the work based on friends who had work done there. When I arrived today, one of the workers carefully bent the door back into place and smoothed out the body damage using just a few tools a few minutes of his time. Door now works fine. No charge. Awesome!

I concur with all the folks who reviewed them. I went there to get the engine shield fixed. While all of them asked me to bring-in my vehicle and get the estimate done, they inquired of the problem over the phone. They told me right away it is a easy problem and asked to bring in the car. Fixed the problem in 5 min as promised and charged a nominal fee. They are brutally honest and super fast service. I recommend them highly.

Great, fast service from a friendly staff -- this is a true local business gem. On my most recent visit they did the entire repair -- labor included -- for just over half of the best price I found for the part alone on the Internet. The time before that I went in because I had a dent and some scratches on my bumper and they heated and pressed out the dent and painted over the scratches, all in 15 mins and for no charge.

Between me and my three teenage sons weve had a few fender benders over the years and have found that Vienna Auto Body does great work, They are also friendly, honest, and compassionate, when I had two accidents in two weeks ( one my fault, the other definitely not) they were very sympathetic and reassuring.

I had a vehicle in bad shape. They came through with a reasonably priced repair and stood behind their work. While they were doing body and mechanical work to cut the vehicle back together, they even replaced a couple wear-parts without any added labor charge. Good people.

I have tried a few shops in the area and Bruce over at Autobody of Vienna is a good guy to work with. The entire staff is great. The work they have done on my Challenger has been spotless. Paint, dings, scratches. They go above and beyond.

Revised Review: Since they have resolved all the issues that were brought to their attention and were also very nice in the process, I have updated my review. After the second round, all issues were resolved and the work looks great now.
