Caliber does extremely sloppy work. They painted the back door of my car a cream color when the rest of my car is white. I asked them to paint it the appropriate color, which they did (took three extra days) and called it “going above and beyond.” I expected them to paint my car a color that matched the rest from the beginning, so this was very frustrating. There are also paint runs, which I pointed out to them, from other painting they did. The back of my car (2-year-old car) still does not fit together properly (gaps and cracks where they put the pieces together). They told me this was just how it was when I pointed them out. When I drove the car away, the steering wheel was at a 45-degree angle. When I went back to ask the resource I worked with, she told me it had not be aligned. Upon further review, it had been aligned but not properly. She told me that they had taken the car to another shop for this work, so she could not control what kind of work they do. They did fix this, but took additional time. When you take your car to a shop to be fixed, you’re entrusting that shop to own the entire fix- that does not happen here (no ownership). It’s still not quite right. They also parked the car in mud (the wheels and back of the car were dirty when they returned it to me). There is clearly not quality check and they do very sloppy work. I’m left wondering what else wasn’t properly fixed in my car. I don’t trust that internal concerns were addressed and I would not feel comfortable recommending Caliber to anyone. Not only did they do a subpar job fixing the cosmetic issues, I’m not sure if there are internal issues were not addressed. I was in a rather minor wreck all and all- I would be really concerned about taking them substantial damage. There really is no ownership for them to fix your car properly. After a second attempt to fully fix my car (paint issues), I expressed that I was not happy with the results, and rather than trying to make it right, they told me they did the best they could. They did not express concern that I was not happy with my end result (cost thousands of dollars). I would also advise against using Caliber if you would like your vehicle back in a timing manner. Not only did it take longer to get my car back due to the re-work, but they had no urgency in letting you know that your car was ready.

Staff is polite is about the only compliment I can offer. Car was returned with ABS not working and traction control still needing to be serviced. Not sure how they couldnt notice the bright lights before asking me to pick it and when I pointed it out, I was told I would be charged a diagnostic fee to come out of pocket! The cherry on the top is missing a crack all the way across my windshield and shattered area of impact. They had the car for 4 weeks and didnt notice this! It took them another week to setup getting the car back in to replace the windshield and fix the warning lights. At this point my insurance max was hit on my rental and I began being charged. They offered to call Hertz and make sure I wasnt charged since they caused the delay. After several more days of charges I called Hertz and they had never spoken to nor do they deal directly with this body shop. They returned the car to me 5 days later STILL WITH THE DAMAGED WINDSHIELD! Seriously where is the QC check! They finally fixed the windshield and were nice enough to deliver my car and return the rental. After I expressed concerns that they have never spoken with Hertz they promised me they spoke directly with someone at the location I rented the car from. Guess what 3 days after the car was returned and Im still being charged for a rental that was never returned, called and asked to speak with the person whom they promised me worked at the location, they do not have or have ever had a person by that name working there! I understand mistakes happen but when you began to outright lie to my face and continue to not do the job there are no excuses.

I was involved in an accident with my BMW 435i xDrive GranCoupe. The vehicle initially looked in ok condition however upon further inspection by the Caliber Team the total came out to be about $17K throughout the 1.25 months repair, Justin kept me updated at least 2x a week and was very polite and helpful. He also efficiently coordinated with BMW which did the mechanical repairs on the vehicle. At Pickup, Justin was there to help and deliver the car personally to me. I had some more items to be fixed which he was happy to do, even with my OCD nature and extreme attention to detail he wasnt frustrated with me and was happy to help. Now about a week later there are some items I noticed in the car the needed to be worked out which is understandable considering the complexity of the repairs done. I called him up first thing this morning and he gladly agreed to look at the car and made sure that Ill be provided a loaner till my repairs are complete. Im very happy with the service so far and would work with them again. Justin has made the entire process clean and simple which is greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your help and truly customer focused attitude. We need more Justins in the retail world.

This place is amazing. Justin and Morgan have been great. I am a firm believer in over communication beats under communication every day of the week and that is certainly what they do here. They have gave me regular updates (a couple times a week) on my car in an incredibly polite and empathetic manner. I had to get my golf clubs out of my car getting fixed today and they helped me coordinate with another location to get them who was also very friendly. Customer service is the best. My car still is getting fixed, but to be honest I could care less what it looks like because the service has been so incredible (pretty sure it will look fantastic too.) Highly recommend!

Very slow. Took 4 weeks and still repairing the car. They told me all the car parts are ready and it will be just assembling work left last Friday. But now they told me that assembling will cost 5 days and it will not be ready until Friday and still can not promise I can get the car in the middle of this week. Even I can do much better than them. They always saying they will do their best but I think they just floppy. They dont care how long it will take, because when it is ready, you still pay the money and maybe more labor for the extra hours.

This was the best experience that I have ever had with a collision facility. They gave me a quote, called the insurance company for me, worked to get me a rental car and the Enterprise office is actually in their office so that you only have to make one stop to pickup / dropoff the rental. The staff was fast, friendly, and explained everything every step of the way. My car was ready days before the date they told me as well. Do yourself a favor and use these guys if you have a collision issue.
