I read the review that another person had left and I was concerned about trying this location. I decided to meet with them to see if they could assuage any of my concerns. I originally spoke to Rebecca at the front desk and she was such a genuinely nice individual. She recommended that I speak to a service advisor, and I met with Jerri Beck. Jerri was awesome and really handled any of my concerns. I am so pleased with the service that I received and the communication that Jerri Beck and I shared. I would recommend them highly and would use them again if I am ever in need of a collision repair again.

Dont bother. This location is new and theyre not processing estimates to any insurance companies yet and maybe not for a month or more. They didnt bother to tell me this when I called to schedule an appointment (after booking online and never getting a call). Wasted an hour of my time and they had no urgency to help me get an estimate faster at one of their other locations. No apology. No sense of urgency.

I recently damaged the front on my car. I went to caliber collision in Apex for a quote. I was greeted quickly with a smile from Rebecca and dropped my car off with Mike, it was completed early and looks better than before, they even buffed scratches as a courtsey!

Dusty took care of me and was fantastic. There was a significant amount of white paint on my car and he washed it off for free. Wouldnt even take a tip. I give Dusty and Caliber Collision my highest recommendation.

They do fabulous work and the staff is on top of everything. They even clean your car inside and out when they are done with repairs. Would highly recommend them!
