Someone backed up into my rear side passenger door and put a huge dent in it (before and after photos attached). I filed a claim through her insurance company the same day and they provided me with a list of auto body repair locations to obtain estimates at no cost to me. I chose Mini City Auto Body because of the raving reviews and the fact that they are affiliated with insurance companies. The insurance company forwarded my claim information to Mini City Auto Body and a representative from this repair shop called me bright and early Monday morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I went the same day! Brett assisted me and took photos of my vehicle and provided me with a print out estimate within 15 minutes. My door needed to be replaced, painted, and scratches had to be repaired so it came to approximately $2,459. Thankfully, I wasnt at fault and the womans insurance company paid for everything (all repairs and rental car). In addition to my door and paint job looking spiffy, the customer service at this location is impeccable. They placed 1 phone call to Enterprise and I was picked up within minutes by Enterprise to go pick up my rental. Overall, following the initial estimate Brett had given me and the follow up calls I received from him to give me updates on my car, to the front desk clerks superb customer service in person and by phone, their service was absolutely amazing.

I am employed with a Collision Repair Shop supply center in the Raleigh, NC area and I deal with most of the Auto Collision Shops in the immediate Raleigh area. When my vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle, one of the many calls that I made was to the Auto Dealer where I purchased my vehicle. I asked them where they take all of their repairs. The service manager told me that all repairs are made at Mini City Auto Body. When I called Mini City Auto Body to inquire about having my vehicle repaired in their shop they took all of the information and handled everything from that day on. Because of the extent of the damage my vehicle was in the repair shop for a while, however I received a call from them about every 4-5 days. I was given clear and concise information as to what process my vehicle was undergoing and an estimated time as to when my vehicle would be completed. When all repairs were complete I was called and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, all work was reviewed in my presence. Everything was perfect. If I ever require auto body repair for my vehicle again, I would use Mini City Auto Body without a doubt. Way to go Mini City Auto Body. sm

A major hail storm cause major damage to my Tahoe a few weeks ago. I immediately knew that Mini City Auto Body was a trustworthy business who would repair my vehicle with the quality workmanship and excellent customer service that I expected. This is a family owned and operated business by people who have put their heart and soul into the business. Kathy and team took care of everything, even having my Tahoe towed in to the shop without me having to pay out of pocket for it. Alan Garner was quick with my estimate, and responded very quickly to my emails. Kara communicated with me almost daily to provide updates to let me know what was going on. I picked up my car last week and was beyond pleased. Their customer service was top notch!! I was in and out very quickly with Alan even coming out to help me get my childs carseat back in the Tahoe. Tracy did an amazing job with the body work. He came out when I arrived and walked around the Tahoe with me to ensure my satisfaction. I feel like I am driving a brand new car! Thank you to Kathy, Alan, Kara, Tracy, and the entire MCAB Team!

I hit a deer. Mini-City did a great job on the repairs. They worked with my insurance carrier, and the adjuster, to make sure everything was well taken care of. But here is where they stood out. After I received my car I realized that the air conditioner wasnt working any longer. I returned the car to Mini-City, and they AGAIN worked with my insurance to get the appropriate repairs made. But wait, it gets better. I didnt want to have to go through the rental car process again, so they LOANED me a nice little Honda Civic, (that is good on gas) to use while they finished the work. Lets be honest, its nearly impossible to catch every little thing in todays complicated vehicles. Its easy enough to miss something, but Mini-City went above and beyond in making it right. Id take my work to Mini-City again.

I went to Mini City because my insurance company suggested I go there. The office manager met with me upon arrival and promised to keep me in the loop with updates regarding the repair of my car. He failed to contact me one single time. So, after two weeks I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle repairs. After I called them daily for the next four days to check on the status of my vehicle I received a call at 4 pm letting me know my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived none of the paper work was ready causing me a huge rush to get the rented vehicle returned. Office staff seemed to be doing double the work as office manager sat back and said/did nothing while I am assuming they were his children running around the office. I do not recommend them and will never use them again.

My Hyundai was hit in the parking lot at Triangle Town Center and whoever hit it took off without even leaving a note. To aggravate my situation even more the car was less then 2 weeks old and I had not even made my first car payment yet. Nationwide recommended Mini City Auto repair and I would also highly recommend them as well. The staff was exceptional! Kathy and Alan made sure that they kept me updated on the progress of the repair and even set up the rental for me. The did an amazing job restoring it back to looking brand new again. I hope that I will not ever have to return, but if I find myself in a similar unfortunate situation I definitely will.

A very satisfied customer!!! Mini-City was listed as a ProFirst Certified body shop for Honda vehicles. I made an appointment for an estimate on-line (very easy), which was followed up by a telephone call from Melanie at Mini-City. She explained the process, detailed what I needed to do next and what to expect. After the on-site estimate, she followed up with a phone call to schedule the work. The work was completed early and you cant tell any work was done. Very professional. While I was having the work done, Mini-City came highly recommended by a automobile professional. Kudos! My car was unfortunately backed into only one day after I purchased it. Mini-City was recommended to me by my car dealership, and I could not be happier with my experience. It is clearly a family owned business that cares a great deal about their customers and the work they perform. They worked directly with the other persons insurance, and made the whole situation as painless as possible by giving me periodic updates as well as fully explaining everything that was to be done. My car turned out great and looks as good as new. I cannot thank them enough for that. Highly recommend!
