I am very pleased to write a review for Extreme Auto Collision. You certainly hope you will never need a Body Shop but if and when you do, use Extreme Auto Collision! From the time I requested an appointment on line for an estimate to the day I picked up my car after the repair it was a great experience. I was called promptly for an appointment, got in the same day for an estimate and they would have taken my car that day to start the repair had I been ready. When they did schedule the repair (fitting my timing needs) they completed it on the promise date and came in at the estimated cost. The Estimator (Kimmy) also made great recommendations on the best way to make the repairs, parts that could be salvaged and the most cost effective way to complete the job. The best part of the entire process was that the repair itself far exceeded expectations! The car looked brand new and was returned to us not just cleaned but detailed! I had contact with Kimmy, Michelle and owner Jason. All three were extremely professional, very cordial and a pleasure to do business with. Extreme Auto Collision is a Five Star organization as far as I am concerned and I give them a big thumbs up!

I was referred to Xtreme Auto Collision after I had a front end collision with my Mercedes E350. Jason answered my initial call and explained how my car would be handled. He even offered to give me a lift to the car rental agency when I dropped off the Benz. Jason explained the whole estimate, what was likely to be needed, how he would interact with my insurance company, and how he would communicate with me. He made sure to tell me that, while they would do their very best to repair my car quickly, they would not take short cuts or promise results that were not realistic. I got my car back, and I am very pleased with the way the repaired driver side front fender assembly looks. They stayed open past their posted hours on Friday so that I would have my car for the weekend (and so I could avoid two more days of rental car fees). But they didnt give me the car until they had thoroughly detailed the car from tires to top. In short, I was very pleased with the experience. If you need collision work done on your high end car, I recommend you see Jason at Xtreme. PS - Jasons follow-up after I got my car back was also first rate, too.

The very best collision repair service you can get. When my wifes 2016 Subaru Outback was struck by a negligent driver we had her car taken to Xtreme Auto based on recommendations from several of her co-workers. We were not disappointed. Not only did they do excellent work on the car to make it look like new again but their customer service was outstanding as well. Since the negligent drivers insurance refused to pay for OEM parts in some places I paid for them myself and Kimmy expertly negotiated great parts prices from Subaru for me. I have no doubt that I wouldve paid much more myself and other shops would not have gone to such lengths on their clients behalf. Jason the owner is a true professional who takes personal interest in and care of all the cars (and their owners) that come through his shop. I cannot say enough good things about him or his business. I had the car appraised after the repairs and even the appraiser told me that Xtreme Auto does the best work of any shop in this area. Thank you Jason, Kimmy and the technicians and staff at Xtreme Auto for a job well done.

This place and the people that work there deserve every star and good review they get. I had to bring my 2014 Chevrolet Impala 2LT in to have some collision work done and excellent just doesnt seem like enough to describe the quality of work. Perhaps outstanding would be better. The front bumper cover, upper grille, and right headlight assembly had to be replaced and the hood had to be repaired. When I got it back you would never know it was in an accident. My car has a dark metallic blue paint and they matched it perfectly with absolutely zero overspray. Jason and his crew at Xtreme Auto are the real deal. They are all polite and up front with everything you need to know and will answer any questions you may have. I very highly recommend Xtreme Auto. They will take care of your car as if it were their own.

Jason at Xtreme knows the true meaning of customer service for all his customers. I had some work done on an automobile a couple years back that impressed me so much I took another car to Jason for his expert advice on a leak in the sunroof. Right away he knew the drain for the sunroof was clogged and without hesitation he told me he could fix that problem if I had 5 mins. I did and asked how much that would cost to fix. His answer was "nothing" no cost. Now that is good customer service for your repeat customers. Now, Im not saying hes going to do work for free but he will fix your car at a fair price and will provide a professional level of service all the way through your repair.

Impeccable repair and customer service @ Xtreme Auto. If youre a perfectionist like me, then this is the place for you. My car front bumper was damaged. Took it somewhere else for repair based on google reviews, but the workmanship was sub par. I went on a quest to find a repair shop that can deliver on their promises and found Xtreme . I decided to go with Xtreme Auto and they did not disappoint. They really mean whats written on their website, they treated me and my car well. They provided written warranties on top of that. I will never go anywhere else for repair. Thank you Xtreme Auto team, you rock !!! Please dont change.

I would recommend Extreme to anyone unfortunate enough to have body damage to their vehicle. They did a great job matching the paint to the point where you cannot even tell that they grafted on a new rear quarter and door skin on my M3. I had a few things I wanted touched up to match the repair and they were great working with me on those. Jason and Kimi were very kind and patient with me as I know Im very particular. They took owner ship and never once behaved like the large chain or dealerships where "its not their problem". I highly recommend working with them, good work, clean shop, friendly service, local business.

My 2016 Silverado was sideswiped, and there was some somewhat substantial damage to the front passenger fender. Not only did Kimmy and the Xtreme Auto team fight with insurance on my behalf to get me the acceptable outcome that a new truck with less than 15k miles deserves, but the fender replacement and paint blending needed is flawless. Not to mention they also detailed my truck and made it look great before i got it back which is a nice added bonus. Long story short, my truck looks brand new again (I am VERY particular about my cars), and I would absolutely point anyone needing any body work done in their direction.
