Darrin and his staff did a FANTASTIC job fixing my front end after a wreck. They worked seamlessly and got my vehicle back to my hands in a more than reasonable amount of time and at at very reasonable price. I was very impressed with their service- theres definitely a reason they have so many positive reviews. I was even personally REFUNDED a portion of my bill (after insurance had taken care of it) because Darrin thought he would have to repair something and it turned out he didnt have to... keep in mind that Im a 22 year old girl and it would have been very easy for him to simply not said anything. HIGHLY recommended!

Being new to NC, I was thrilled to be referred to Apex Auto Body. All reports about them were the highest and my experience dealing with Darrin and his shop proved them right. He really cares about his reputation and the work he does on your car. He took time to explain everything to me and gave me great suggestions for my vehicle. And his guys are also terrific - they go the extra mile. My feeling was he cares about your car as much as you do and does his very best to make sure you leave a satisfied customer. My car was spraypainted in a random act of vandalism at the RDU airport and I wasnt sure how to get the issue resolved. I was afraid that I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg or submit an insurance claim to get my car fixed. Went by Apex Auto Body Specialists and Darin was able to remove the spraypaint AND wax my car for me while I waited. And he wouldnt take a single dollar for the work he did. Not many folks out there that are willing to go the extra mile for a stranger. I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who has the need. Great experience!

Apex autobody did an outstanding job on my vehicle! I was not clear on how to obtain a rental car or anything to do with handling insurance claims, the staff was extremely helpful and addressed my concerns. All I wanted was to have my vehicle returned to me in the same condition I had left it (prior to the accident). What is surprise !!! Looks like it did the day I bought it brand new! The staff is very friendly, professional and highly skilled in automotive restoration! They certainly will have my business again If needed! Thanks Apex Auto Body!

I had some damage to the rear quarter panel of my 2016 Ford F-150 and Apex Auto Body Specialists preformed expert repairs. My vehicle has an aluminum body which makes for a challenging repair. Darin and his team repaired my truck flawlessly. He was flexible with scheduling and clearly explained my repair options. I also found their prices to be very reasonable. I am very satisfied with their honesty and expert workmanship. I trust Apex Auto Body Specialists and would recommend them to anyone in the market for auto body repair.

Great job! I parked my car in front of my house (and unfortunately the driveway across the street) because it had snowed and my wife was already in the entrance to our driveway. The teenager across the street thought it would be a good idea to go out on the town that week night two hours after I couldnt walk up my own driveway because it was too slick. You can guess the result. I drove all over NC to find a door that matched the color of my car and Apex Auto Body Specialists had it on and nicely adjusted in no time. Thanks!

Awesome job! We had a body repair done at Apex Auto Body Specialists and the car looks like new! You absolutely cannot tell that a portion was repainted and you cannot find any of the previous damage. And not only did they fix my car to new condition, they also cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up and charged me less than the original estimate. Professional through and through. I hope I never need to get body work done again but if I do, I will definitely bring it back to Apex Auto Body.

Great experience. Highly recommended!! Not the most polished initial customer experience. But great customer service overall. Owner of the place wasnt happy with the some of the final work. Asked if he could keep it a little longer to do a better job on the buffing it out. Knocked money off for making me wait. But it gets better. He came in well below his initial quote. Thats just amazing. I dont really want to need body work again but there is no doubt I would come back here.

I was on my way to Salisbury NC on hwy 70 when a tractor tire wheel exploded - I hit the rubber and did about $2,600 worth of damage. No bumper and I was so sad. Darin and his team made my car look like new, and they did it SO quickly. They worked with my insurance company and even let me take the car home before the insurance check came to them. I SOOO appreciate the awesome work they did! I would HIGHLY recommend using them.

I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. After my daughter was hit in the rear of her moms SUV, I did not have to do much other than just get my car Apex Auto Body. Darrin and his staff dealt with the insurance company and did all the leg work... Its was a seamless and stress free experience. My wife and I are very pleased with the repairs. This IS the place you want to take your vehicle for repairs. Absolutely one of the best places to deal with in terms of getting your autobody work completed. Darren is extremely friendly and always willing to take care of his customers. I wish other businesses had the philosophy this place has when it comes to dealing with tough situations. You WILL not find a better autobody shop that this place!
