To: Mr Kevin Knipper Your vehicle came in with check engine light on, you asked for just plugs to be replaced, we advised that may not fix the running issue and we could scan computer and see why your check engine light in on. you said go ahead and do that, your vehicle came back with multiple engine codes, we asked why the starting fluid was on seat, you stated thats the only way it will start. we recommended plugs, wires, distributor cap, Rotor & fuel filter. plus It could need more repairs after. we gave you a honest quote that you did not want in writing. also, we did try to speak with you on theses matters and you tried to use your Security badge as power. we respect anyone with a badge but not when they raise there voice and disrespect us as we are trying to help you, some vehicles if they are not maintained properly will cost later in repairs, thats why we take care of all our customers with respect to there vehicles and inspect them for any issues and advise them of repairs needed. Mason Tire has been around since 1984 and respect all customers that come in. we have a honest team of employees. If you could not afford the repairs we have others means of payment you could have used. As far as loyalty to customers we are very loyal to every NEW and RETURN Customers.

I have been going to the stores.. 2 different locations.. Neither which keep good records of work being done.. Manager (Bruce Mott) not wanting to listen to the customer, or empathize with the problem & wanting resolve the cost to come to a reasonable price of work the that could be performed..to get in some what functional state.. Truck runs.. efforts could have been done that could have extented running to minimal.. Affordable level.. to later have more work done.. VERY DISSATISFIED... !!!! Surfside store Clutch work done ... In process broke dashboard & speaker covers... Said would price & replace still waiting ... Been to see John (Garage Manager) never followed..through.. very poor .. Damage by never repaired or replaced by them... ****DONT GO HERE ..!!! YOU WILL REGRET YOU DID.... *****

Unprofessional. I made a 4:00 appointment for an alignment on my truck, I arrived early at 3:50pm. I left my vehicle for the alignment when someone called me at 4:30pm and told me that it would be impossible to complete the alignment today due to the fact that it would take 2 hours to complete because the truck had a lift and bigger tires. I had just been to this location the Saturday prior and the technician knew it would take more than the standard hour, but failed to communicate that to anyone else. I am completely disappointed at my time being wasted and the their lack of consideration. I will never give them any of my business, nor will I speak kindly of them to anyone else that I come across. I WOULD NEVER REFER THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!

I have come here for all my service needs over the past few years and have sent several friends here for the same but each time the service gets worse and I will no longer continue to get work done here. I recently submitted a request for a quote online and waited for a week with no response. So I called and again asked for a quote, they said they would get that info and call me back in 10 minutes, well again its a few days later and both my requests have gone unanswered for work that I desperately need done. So I will get work done somewhere else that wants to keep their customers and receive recommendations to potential customers.

Do not go here. They will charge you a $90 computer diagnostic fee. They did not tell me upfront that they would charge me and then tried to upsell me on a lot of thing that could wait. Because my repair was going to cost so much they also tried selling me another car as I was walking out of the door. This is an unprofessional business and would never think of coming here again.

I have a 07 Saturn Aura that has tire pressure sensors in it. They didnt know and broke one. Upon hours of waiting I was finally told that my car was ready. When I got in the warning light came on. I turned around and went right back. Then they explained the sensor was broke and they would have to order one. Didnt like them trying to trick me. Not a good visit.

Took my m edition miata to them it was running hot. They Said it needs new water pump radiator New hoses and belts and change timming belt.$1600And all we be great. 2 weeks later another hose the rear heater hose goes after they said all was good another $400. Then the new timming belt goes and they now say it needs new head and its not there fault. Really

They also tried to trick me into buying parts I didnt need. They told me my tail light was out after I had replaced it myself about a month or two before that. When he asked me if I wanted him to replace it, I said no and he was shocked that I said no. When the device was done, I looked at my tail lights and they both worked perfectly fine.

Do Not Go Here!!!! They have no idea what they are doing. They took the cap off of my battery and left it off. Battery acid spilled all over my car as I was driving and I got stranded in the middle of the road. Had to buy a new battery for over $100. Amazed at how dumb of a mistake that was.

I think Ive gotten 3 tires from here now (due to extremely bad luck with nails and whatnot). Started going here after my previous place forgot to fill up my tire and drove on 10lbs of air. Tires reasonably priced and always done in a reasonable amount of time. No problems with this place.

Came in for an oil change and my car returned with the key stuck in the ignition. Came back the next morning with the issue and they fixed it, no charge. David and Kyle were very helpful and friendly, and they had someone explain how to release the key should the issue happen again.
