Quality of Work 10/10 Promptness of Work 4/10 Fairness of Pricing 9/10 Attitude of Staff 10/10 Attitude of Owner 6/10 POSITIVES: Their overall repair and painting quality was excellent. There was one small paint run, and they failed to reinstall the air brake connector on my RV towing system. I installed it myself in about 5 minutes. They do have a lifetime warranty on their work, but it was not worth my time to return it to them. They did repair, at no charge, an area that was not involved in the accident. They also washed the RV before returning it. The office manager, Mayra, was great to work with. She call me and apologized for the delay on starting the work. NEGATIVES: I had an appointment for Feb. 1st. They did not start on the repair until Feb. 8th, causing us to spend an extra week in a motel, which my insurance paid for. When I called on the 8th, Eric, the owner, copped an attitude with me, saying he was behind because it rained all week (it only rained on Thursday and Friday) and one of the parts didnt come in. I took my RV to him in October, to allow him plenty of time to order parts. Eric latter apologized for his attitude, saying he was just overworked and having a bad day. Apology accepted.

Top quality work by experienced pros MPT owner Eric and tech Justin repaired delamination on the rear wall of our fifth wheel. When the rear wall was removed, they emailed pictures of the damage and explained the repair they were going to make – obviously better than new. We were in a time crunch and these folks really delivered – great repair job in record time! This was a costly repair but the old adage of “you get what you pay for” is true here. Extremely satisfied customer.

MPT Autobody is very professional and goes above an beyond to ensure that their customers satisfactions are surpassed. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!
