I had a nail in my tire on a Friday afternoon. Never heard of this place but found it by searching for nitrogen filling locations. Every dealer that offered this service wanted me to wait until Tuesday. I called and spoke to Jimmy, he was extremely helpful and said they could get me in that day. When I got there they pulled my car right in. We were in and out very quick. I personally thought Jimmy was professional and courteous. Thanks for your help. I will recommend you!

Great service!!! Sometimes, I show up at the shop with very little notice to Jimmy. He always gets my vehicle in and then turns it out fast. Paramount has fixed my truck, replacing rear wheel bearing and tire rotation as well as oil changes. I plan to let them install a remanned transmission soon. This is the best auto service center in the metro Mrytle Beach market. I drive from Charleston to let Jimmy and his team work on my vehicle.

Went to this collision repair shop for an estimate because they had a lot of good reviews and offered free estimates. I walk in and was asked "May I help you"?. So I ask can I get an estimate on some body work. The response was "No, I dont have time and my program is not working". Didnt expect that. So dont bother with this place. They arent very professional, at least in the office.

I had taken my car here after getting tired of being throttled by Sparks Toyota for services beside a oil change. Asked for the suspension to be checked specifically and nothing was found needing replacing. To top it off, Jimmy didnt even charge for inspecting it. Definitely on my list for places to get my car checked.

Delt with owner jim, he is a rude. Girlfriend had car fixed and there was a problem with the work and he talked down to her and treated her like she has no clue. The man knows nothing about putting customers first. Should have know cause when we walked in he was already aguring with someone on the phone.

I had an esimate done on my 2005 Lincoln for repairs to front and rear bumpers. The final cost was lower than the estmate. The workmanship looks excellent and the car was done on time. I will definitely recommend Paramount to anyone who needs repairs and/or painting done. Thanks Jimmy!!!!

I like their service, but every time I call about an estimate for service or repair They always get an attitude with me. The only reason why I stick with this company is because I bought oil changes ahead of time for a cheaper price. Now Im starting to wish I didnt.

Not only are these people incredibly knowledgable regarding cars but they are some of the kindest individuals Ive ever met. Mechanics so often have the reputation of being shiesty and dishonest but the folks at Paramount are the antithesis of that. Theyre the best!
