I came to Hadwin-White to diagnose a electrical problem that i was having with my car. I specifically brought my car to their service department because i was informed that they had a 1 ASE certified MASTER TECH. Most dealerships dont have any mechanics at this level so when i booked my appointment of service i specifically asked for my car to be worked on by that ASE Master tech. They told me that was fine. When i got a call at my house, they informed me that they could NOT find the problem and that one of the brand new spark plug wires(AC Delco) that i had just installed, broke when the mechanic was working on my car. When i went to pick up my car i asked the Service writer what the tests the ASE master tech performed on my car. He couldnt tell me. After remaining vigilant and continuing to press the service writer, i found out that the ASE master tech that i specifically requested to work on my car, NEVER DID. The service writer outright LIED to my face and tried to cover it up. I was so upset that i even spoke with the owner of the dealership, the daughter of Gary Hadwin, and she refused to fire or correct the service writer for his conduct. All they offered was to perform additional work at a reduced rate. It was a JOKE! Stay away from their service department. If the service manager will lie right to your face and the owners daughter wont fix the problem after i had documentation that he did, you cant trust that department. You have been warned!!

Last year my significant other chose Hadwin White to buy his brand new WRX. It was a HORRIBLE experience, the sales manager was so rude. And we felt like we were an inconvenience to the salesman and his supervisor, even though we were spending 30000 dollars. But I know all businesses have bad days so I decided to give it another go. Im in the market for a new crosstrek so I reluctantly decided to go to Hadwin White to look at them after work today. Knowing that they closed at 730 We got there at 7 and went to look at the cars. 4 salesmen stood outside the dealership staring at us the entire time, but not one took the time to come introduce himself and ask us if we needed anything. We stood out there for a half hour looking, and I guess all the salesmen decided their days were done because they all just kept looking at us waiting for us to leave. We never got helped, and this makes the 2nd time that weve left feeling like an inconvenience to the employees. A purchase this big is a huge deal and Im bummed that this Subaru dealership has such terrible sales people (the service department is super great). Ill be taking my business to another Subaru dealership, even though Ill have to drive further it will be worth it for people who are actively trying to help me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I was involved in a serious accident back in April and my GMC Yukon was sent to Hadwin-White for repairs. I am from the Atlanta area so the insurance company rented me a car and I went home, leaving the repairs totally up to H-W and the insurance companies. I was immediately contact by Bob in the Collision Center. Throughout the next 6-7 weeks, he called me often and kept me abreast of the progress. He could not have been more helpful or nicer. Brittney was also a huge help including returning my rental car for me. I was really impressed with the quality of the people I dealt with and the quality of the work done to my car. I felt the car should have been totaled but the insurance company insisted on fixing it because of the cars market value. We are still negotiating to settle the claim, but I picked the car up last Thursday, drove it around the area for a day, then home on Friday. I have probably driven it 600 miles and so far so good. Special thanks to my friend, Bob, Brittney, and the good folks at H-W who helped me through this time. I just bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. Its my first Subaru. I had been shopping around at various car dealers in Myrtle Beach and was immediately impressed by the way I was treated here. There was no pressure and the sales people were actually working together to give me as much info as I requested instead of competing with each other as in some of the other dealerships. Although the main reason I bought from them is the quality of the vehicle. I took the car for a long test drive and could feel the difference in handling, ride and stability from the other SUVs I had tested. Also you get all wheel drive and lots of safety features at no extra cost. I could feel the higher quality in a Subaru vs. other SUVs I had test tested. Then Dennis really worked with me to give a very good price for my Nissan Rogue trade in. Ive driven it now for a few weeks and absolutely love & enjoy the entire driving experience. Thank you Dennis for making the purchase a pleasure. I highly recommend this dealership from my overall car buying experience at this time.

Having purchased a vehicle for myself or a 3rd party from nearly every dealership on the Grand Strand, I can honestly say Hadwin-White always provides unmatched, knowledgeable, and convenient assistance. Specifically, Salesman Dan Rahr consistently goes over an above. For instance, WEEKS after looking for a specific vehicle with a strict criteria, Dan remembered me and shot me a text letting me know a vehicle that fit the bill came across his desk. I cant imagine seeing dozens of people a day, and remembering exactly what one persons needs were weeks prior. Furthermore, Dan and management have stayed late working a deal that in the end did not come to fruition, and still maintained a professional attitude and were glad they got the opportunity. I personally make sure Hadwin White is my first stop, and usually is also my last.

Let me start off by saying Ive been to a zillion dealerships through the years and bought/leased various cars; Ive always dreaded going to car shop - until I came to Hadwin-White!!! I had a lease end, and had to get something new so I was referred there...it was the first ever auto purchase I experienced that I can honestly say was enjoyable! The staff was extremely welcoming instantly, salesmen were beyond professional, knowledgeable in all aspects of their vehicles and never once did they pressure me like all the other dealerships Ive been to....Its a beautiful dealership and a family atmosphere...I will most definitely be back in the future and refer anyone I know to purchase your next vehicle at Hadwin-White Buick GMC in Conway....better than ALL the rest!!!!!

I cannot say enough about this great company! In my short time spent there I could tell that they have real family values and are trying to run their business the right way. The salesmen I met really listened to what I wanted and took the time to work with me and explain the options that fit for what I wanted. He seemed to know every little thing about every vehicle he showed me. He took the time to show me how to use EVERYTHING and get all my bells and whistles set before I drove off the lot! (I have never gotten That at any dealership before.) That being said it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had on a car lot and it was done quicker than any other vehicle purchase I have ever made. All I can say is they have a customer for life!
