Justin is the biggest lire ever, he actually did more damage to my car than when it was taken in after my accident!!!!! He lost my keys for 2 weeks and then attempted to break into my car after he ripped my door handle off !!!! He then, went to replace my bumper and somehow broke off the whole side railing off also. When I picked it up, I was just happy to have it back, I didnt really notice anything and because he rigged it all.back together, I didnt notice. But luckily, when I got home, I left something in my car and went to get it, thats when the door handle came off, so I looked around my car and saw the railing was broken also. I called and he claimed I did that and he had nothing to do with it, even though, he told me prior, he had lost my keys. Seriously, how could I even rip the handle off, much less the bottom railing. So, after a few days of driving it, I noticed it was shaking really bad at 45 miles an hour took it back and honestly, after all the stories he told me, I cant remember what he said. So finally I asked him if he checked my frame, he said yes, and went on to say, I didnt take car of my brand new car, lol, I have every service record from Nissan, considering Im the only owner and bought it brand new. Well, I went and had it appraised to resale it and sure enough, the frame is bent. Do NOT EVER TRUST THIS LOWLIFE, he will be seeing me in court, again.

I recently took a trip with my new car and returned home with a nasty scratch on the drivers side passenger door. I decided to try Caliber Collision because it was close to home. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by everyone at the desk, and Danny jr. immediately began to help me. I was able to have my car tended to the same day and didnt even have to come back for it! When he initially checked my car he pointed out many other scratches to me that I was previously unaware of. Not only did he take care of the scratch I came in for, but he took care of all the others as well! My car looks even better now than it did before my trip! Danny jr. was a pleasure to work with - he was obviously very knowledgeable about cars and very professional. He made the whole ordeal a breeze and I would highly recommended Caliber Collision to anyone I know - more specifically, I will send them down and tell them to ask for Danny jr!

I had a accident with my Hyundai Santa Fe and my insurance company sent my car to Fender Mender/Caliber and from the moment we spoke to Dan SR to the day the car was rolled out fixed and it was sent out cleaner then I brought it to them which was a extra special touch I have nothing bad to say about this repair shop the staff from the ladies who answer the phones to being able to get updated phone calls on the car work this shop does everything for the customer and assures the customer is happy. We have even contacted them after the repair for a different car and they remember the customer and truly do make you feel like your a customer for life there. I can not find any fault with them and will recommend and bring any of my crash/bangs/booms to them. A+++ Thank you for making something stressful very easy and very quick.

worse customer service ever...had two vehicles painted and both were not completed, orange peel on both, missing parts,and paint job was the worst I have seen ever...ended up costing me an extra $1000 to get it fixed by a REAL paint shop...Owner of Fender Mender John Griffin never returned phone calls and I was forced to take time off work to confront the lack of proper repairs and workmanship. they have yet to fix my truck..Gave them an insurance check and money out of pocket to get work done and still not done after 6 months...I am filing with SC dept of Consumer Affairs and BBB and SC dept of insurance fraud as well as the State Attorneys Office for insurance fraud. In other words I do not recommend them to any one and stay clear as they will only do underrated work and less than horrible body work

Had to have our Lexus 350 repaired after being the victim of an accident. Our Insurance company gave us a list of repair shops to choose from in Myrtle Beach and we brought it to Caliber Collision for an estimate. We felt comfortable with the shop after speaking with Justin and decided to have Caliber do the repairs. BEST decision we have made concerning auto body repair in Myrtle Beach. They did an outstanding job in a timely manner. Justin kept us appraised of the progress and when the car was ready to be picked up it was perfect. I can see why the insurance company would refer them, they will always be our go to shop for repairs.

My friend accidentally rear ended my new car so I was referred to caliber collision by her insurance company. They were amazing! Every staff member greeted me with kindness and expertise. They sent me text updates per my request throughout the process of my car being fixed, it was so easy and convenient! And the finished product was just as good! My new car is back to looking brand new on all the little details. The paint they placed matched perfectly and the blended so well, no remnants of the accident. The paint has a lifetime warranty where they fixed it too

Ive been in 3 accidents, I was referred to Fender Mender after the first accident. They were wonderful! They made everything so easy for me. They kept me informed as to what was going on. Since then Ive been involved in 2 more accidents and I chose to return to them because of their great customer service. Justin and the staff are amazing and the quality of work is impeccable! My experience with Fender Mender was very pleasant. The work on my car was done efficiently and the staff was a pleasure to deal with. The only downside for me was that my insurance company would only pay X amt so that was a direct reflection in the work done on my car. For anyone who can shell out the money to have their car back to brand new this is the place to use!

Highly recommend Caliber Collision. We use our car for our business and needed it back quickly. They kept to their estimate of 5 days, when they said it really should have been a 9 day job. We received regular updates on the progress. Plus, the car was returned washed, vacuumed, and even window cleaned!
