Pleasant enough, saying it would take 2-3 days, took over ten (to their credit the new fender came in damaged). Ended up with a two tone green car. Very poor color match. Told my wife they would touch up other scratches, nothing was done. Did not remind them of this when we picked it up since they had had it much to long as it was. What can you expect with todays businesses.

The guy from the front desk was cool as a fan. He got some surface scratches out for me and practically gave me a tutorial on upkeep of my car. Good people & a Great experience.
