ARS is definitely the best auto shop in Pittsburgh. When I lived at my parents, they always went there; so of course when I lived at home I took for granted their excellent service. When I moved out (to lawrenceville), I started to use another shop for my more basic service. Wow was that a mistake. My car one day began to sputter and die. I took it to that other shop, and they had no idea what they were doing. They overcharged me for a tune up and said they could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Took it to ARS and they had it fixed within 2 days. And EVERY time I go (not that it may be this way for everyone) the price ends up being significantly under the quote. I have taken several of my vehicles here. They do excellent work. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone. Very professional and quick! Most recently they have fixed my 2007 4Runner (deer front end) and my 2014 Mazda 6 (3 separate times!!).
