Very pleasant experience here. Staff is nice and courteous, pretty atypical of what you expect in NY. Everything was clean, but I wish theyd upgrade the laundry facilities. They need an overhaul badly and also need to add pay by credit card to the machines; quarters kept getting stuck. The parking lot needs some work. It is pretty tight, so you have a good chance of getting blocked in. **edit: Not sure what has happened in a year, but staff was very rude and uppity. I wasnt greeted or asked how I was. They didnt even smile. I didnt get the name of the woman, but around 1800 Nick was a dick to me.

Clean store with friendly and helpful employees. Didnt sit down to eat but picked up snacks,drinks and couple of hotdogs, which were fresh and cooked well. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Floor was even dry, almost unusual for mens room. My wife said the ladies room was also well attended. Sound management and attentive employees made for a comfortable pit stop. Definitely recommended

Typical flying J . I would give 4* but because there is TA across the street , I gave them 5*/. Sooner or later though I will start issuing 2* to PJ and pilots and thats because of the paid parking. PLEASE BUY NO FUEL OR LESS FUEL FROM THE CHAINS THAT HAVE PAID PARKING

Over 5 employees standing behind the counter not doing anything, we walk in for coffee and most of them are empty and the pilot coffee thats there is so burnt you can smell it. Employees need to learn to do their job and not stand around talking!!

Bathrooms are always nasty been here 2 days on a 34 he restart every time I walk in the bathroom trash everywhere. No tp in stalls trash running over constantly.. trash outside just as bad all weekend

Worst flying j around. Only place to get fuel in my truck so I have to go there. The fuel lines are always full with truck drivers shopping not fueling.

Lots of parking!!!! Denny restaurant was nice and fast service. Showers were clean but kinda small. But you cant complain about that. Good service!!
