I cant recommend this storage facility enough! My girlfriend and I had two storage units at this facility and recently consolidated it down to one the day after the fourth of July. Every step of the way Jeff (I think he is the owner, but he might just be a manager) was there to accommodate us and he continues to go out of his way to deliver awesome service to us. He even let me know that he was heading to lunch to make sure I wouldnt need anything while I was gone, as he knew we were in from out of state and in a pretty big hurry. Living out of state, it gives me peace of mind to know that if I have any problems I can give Jeff or any of their staff a call and I know they will help me to the best of their ability. Very reasonable rates, and many size units to offer. They have a nice selection of carts that they make available for use. They have both indoor and outdoor facilities which are priced accordingly. The place is very secure. You need a passcode to get into the property when office hours are closed. The indoor facility is also well passcoded and secure, and always very cool (temperature) and clean. I dont leave a lot of reviews but Jeff and Life Storage delivered exceptional customer service and I cant recommend enough! Thanks again Jeff! I wish more companies treated their customers like you do.

Its early, yet, since I just started using this facility, but, so far, so good. The facility is clean, well-maintained and i feel that my property will be safe there. Some of the initial procedure for signing papers, etc could be streamlined, but all in all, the process was smooth. I did feel a little pushed to buy things, like a lock when the one I have would have been fine, but thats business, I guess.

I rented a unit at this facility for around 2.5 years and have absolutely no complaints. The building is clean and well-lit, and the staff (particularly Jeff) is extremely helpful - getting to know customers by name and always making themselves available. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could.

This facilities Staff Sandy & Jeff are very friendly and helpful. They always make it a point to say hello and will give me a courtesy call if a delivery arrives for me. The facility is clean inside and out and grounds well kept. During the winter months driveway is always accessible.
