Given the shaky reputation moving companies have, we approached our cross country move with trepidation, especially since we were moving some hard to replace items and small boats and motors. The sense of confidence Bates left with us was justified. Everything arrived intact and on time. All the personnel we dealt with were competent and cooperative. I recommend Bates and the delivery people very highly.

Absolutely the best decision I ever made with this move. They were highly recommended to me and I can see why. From the initial call for info until the truck pulled away after delivering my furniture they were indeed professional. They took such care with each piece and even all those boxes. Polite beyond words ! Hadnt moved in 24 years but if I ever do this again they will be the only ones I call.
