I have been using global storage long enoigh to beable to leave feed back... The place it clean and well kept...i feel like my things are safe and secure there! However outside of the importance of your personal belongs of what your storing ..customer service is very inportant to me..! The two gentlemen i have delt with go beyond helping you! Life gets busy and sometimes we for get to pay a bill or even think that you paid it... They have never seized to reach out with a friendly reminder!! They are great here and again they do their best to help you with your needs ... Thank you for ur outstanding customer service Global storage!! My life has been rough and you guys have been great helping me with certain things as well as reminders ...im glad i choose this place to keep my things!! Ohh did i mention they have great rates there!? Well there prices on there units are affordable! Thanks again Globle storage!!

I cannot say enough great things about this facility and its manager, Sean. From the first day I arrived at his facility he treated me like I was his only client. Quickly showed me around the facility, gave me updates on openings that would fit my personal needs and navigated me through the auto pay process. I have moved from one unit to a bigger one in the past month, Sean has made that process a breeze, being flexible and accomdating during the transition. One evening I made a "novice" storage unit mistake and left the door to my unit open! Sean called me the next morning immediately to tell me this, that he closed it himself and to ensure me everything was safe. This is customer service at its finest!

Our reason for the visit was to reduce the amount of goods stored in 4 units. Both Richard and John were instrumental in helping us out with information about how to better conduct our business in the local area. Their advice turned out to be extremely helpful. Sadsburyville office for Global Self Storage is amazing. Sean was very helpful & friendly. He wanted to make sure we picked the right size for ours needs, and offered to show us plenty of sizes to help us pick. He also didnt hesitate to tell us about the offers that they currently had and helped us become eligible for many of them. For a first time storage renter, he couldnt have made it anymore easier or efficient. He was very knowledgable and accommodating. Wish we had found Global Self Storage back in April when we first booked at another facility. Global is one of the cleanest and well-maintained storage properties Ive seen ... and Ive seen several both in NJ and in PA. The manager who was there when we booked (Norm) was wonderfully kind, pleasant, and accommodating to us. His personality "sold" us on the place. Very reasonable rates and lots of size options from which to choose. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage options in the western Chester County area!

I would recommend Global Self Storage to my friends and family. Their customer service is great and very warm and friendly. They have everything you need when it comes to moving. Boxes, bubble wrap and tape to make your move easy. They even have menus from a variety of restaurants in the area for new residence who are not familiar with the area. They have security with a gated property that is available 24/7.

I helped someone move we had a unit reserved and a appointment the only employee wasnt there and when he did show he didnt h av3 a unit swept out yet try again tomorrow well we get there and the office is locked up gone to post office sign on window 15 minutes later he comes out the door I need to go to the bank to get singles half hour later and mountains of hidden charges we finally rented a unit.
