The experience was awful. My husband made arrangements weeks in advance of our move date which was to take place on a Saturday. The office called in advance to confirm. Everything was to be a go and then Saturday morning just before the appointed arrival time we get a call from the manage stating he was short drivers and could we reschedule. We agreed to the next day, Sunday morning at 8 with extra men and a discount for the in convince. Sunday came and at 7:30am we get a phone call from the young driver stating his truck wont start and he cant get a hold of his manager and could we just reschedule. The answer from us was no because our time slot for moving had run out. I tried to get ahold of someone from the office with no luck. Finally I got a hold of an office girl who really didnt seem concerned about my problem. We called SVJ Movers and got service for later that same Sunday afternoon. The SVJ Movers handled us professionally, putting everything in writing for us to confirm. There were 4 men, not two, that did the work quickly without any incidents. Their rates were better than 2 men and a truck. To add to our issue we had to get a hotel room for Saturday night because 2 men and a truck were taking our furniture to storage. When Saturday turned into Sunday, we had gotten the room for no reason costing us an additional $100. My experience was with the King of Prussia office. I recommend you do not use this site.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received a call on Friday 5/26 from Debbie at the office, and she asked if I would be willing to switch my move time from 8 am to 1 on Saturday. I said that would not be a problem, since I figured that would give me time to move my hanging clothes that were not in garment bags. Then on Saturday, after all my hanging clothes had been moved, I was at the new apartment getting the cable sorted, while my husband remained at our old place to wait for the movers. At 1:45 I receive a call from 2 men and a truck asking if I could switch my move to Tuesday because there was no way they could complete the move. According to the movers, they had run out of materials on their first job and no one was at the main office to assist. Additionally, they were not even close to finished their morning move. I do not understand how this company could have the nerve to ask me to push my move back and then cancel! Thank goodness for the AMAZING movers from 3B Moving and Transportation for saving the day and completing our move for us. Bottom Line: STAY AWAY.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck, from the first phone call to the unloaded truck pulling out of my driveway, was terrific. The office team (Lisa) was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, ensuring that my scheduled services met all of my needs. The moving team arrived as scheduled and got right to work with a quickness and pleasant, professional attitude rarely seen these days. The team (led by Kareem) had me expertly moved out of my old place and into my new place in less than estimated time! A special comment regarding Kareem, he demonstrated superb team leadership, throughout the move he provided guidance and direction to his team members in a sincere, respectful manner. He is a wonderful mentor to his team members.

I cant say enough good things about our move with Two Men and a Truck. We were moving our parents into our home and the men who came to load and unload were wonderful. They were patient, very respectful and courteous. They handled every piece they packed both small and large with care. My parents were anxious about this move and the men worked in a way that was quick and efficient without appearing "hurried". This is the second time we have used this company and we would definitely use again. From the office staff to the movers, we received professional service and clear communication. We would definitely use again!!!

I just had the worst moving experience of my life with this company. The two movers were inexperienced and slow. The process took longer and we had to pay for overnight storage because of this. They didnt use care in moving our goods and damaged several furnitures and crystals. The worst part is they have not responded to my multiple attempts to contact them about the damages. Its been more than two weeks and several phone/email messages with no response. Its just not right to run a business like this.

I recently used Two Men and a Truck to move antiques I inherited from my uncle. The team moved my furniture from Bethlehem to Blue Bell. They were professional, prompt and communicated with me during the entire move. The two gentlemen I worked with were very professional and took great care when packing, wrapping and moving my property. This was the best experience Ive had with movers and I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Best decision I ever made after looking at other moving companies, 2 Men and truck did an amazing job in getting all my furniture and boxed items safely and without any damaged to my new residence. All the furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and secured with shrink wrap. The team was very professional and always made me feel like the customer throughout the entire move! I would highly recommend using 2 Men in a Truck!

I used Two Men and a Truck before and was very happy. This time they got the truck stuck up the street turning around, but still billed me for the time wasted. Also lucky I didnt paint before they moved or I would have a lot of touch up work to do at my new home. Now Im still waiting for a call back from the local office about the over charge.

Horrible. Lied about the coverage of insurance they carried even though they were asked multiple times. Showed up late, didnt finish the job and damaged every single piece of furniture. Literally. Save yourself the headache and the lost money and hire someone else. Regardless of what their commercials or ads say, they dont care.

Awful service, the people who came from Two men and a Truck were not able to dismantle and reassemble my bed. I had to it myself all along , further they overcharged me when their own people took a long time in moving my stuff from one place to the other.Will never recommend them to anyone

My first experience in 2014 was great so I went with Two Men again. The guys were nice fast efficient respectful careful patient and considerate. Then when I tipped them for doing a great job they each told me how much they appreciated the tip... Overall just a great experience... twice!

I didnt have much to move and I had some issues to attend to at my new house so I quickly showed the movers what needed to be taken and then left. They took care of it, locked up my old house, drove it to my new house, and unloaded it within one hour. They were fantastic!

Excellent experience. The movers arrived on time, worked hard and fast and were very careful with the furniture and boxes. They were very courteous. No problem. I would not hesitate to utilize or recommend.
