They moved my 90 year old mother to her new apartment, everything went smooth as silk. Their entire staff was very helpful and friendly. We had two of the best guys doing our move, they made sure everything was done right and even placed her furniture at her new place where she wanted and even set up her bed for her. The only thing damaged in the move was a light bulb, even then the mover wanted to go get a new one for us, of course I said no, it was no big deal, but it shows me how much attention they pay to details. Before moving, I checked out other movers and their ratings, these guys seemed to be the best so I decided to give them a try. Glad I did, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Town and Country for making our move a non stressful event.

After meeting with several companies, I felt the most comfortable with the owner of Town and Country (who performed the estimate himself!). Once I decided to use them, the move was coordinated perfectly by Terri, who guided me through all of the paperwork and logistics of when the men would arrive and how the day would go. Sure enough, a wonderful crew of clean cut, polite, and incredibly strong men arrived at the time Terri said they would. They went straight to work and moved all of our things without one bump on the walls, or scratch on our furniture. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and reliable moving company. Thanks!

The day of the move, everything went Okay until the next day when we found out that one of my wrist watches was missing. I called the owner before contacting the police and he was very rude and unresponsive, also we had three items broken during the move and despite of taking full insurance they only paid $100 just to show that they did something, the police has been notified since then and still under investigation for stolen item, I will never use them or recommend them, be aware of the owner, he seems super nice when he comes to quote until something goes wrong, then he reveals his true identity!!!!!!

The move out of the house was fine, but the move into the new house was terrible. They broke several pieces of furniture and never told us. We found several kitchen boxes completely smashed. They refused to put furniture back together although it was in the contract. They scratched walls and floors. They also recorded 50% more hours worked than actual hours worked. When we called the office, they suggested that we are lying, and did not resolve the situation. Stay away from this company!

Worst experience ever with a moving company. Arrived almost two hours late without any notification. Unload team moved at the slowest possible pace to maximize the $98.00 hourly rate. Unload team wasnt careful while bringing items into the home. Just a horrible experience all around. Find another moving company and avoid the headache Town & Country will cause you.
