DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible experience, little to no follow up and NO accountability. You get what you pay for, which overall was a bad moving experience and no accountability after the fact. It took 3 movers 3.5 hours to wrap and load only furniture into the truck. They were moving very slow throughout the wrapping and loading process, there even times when two of the guys seemed to be standing around or watching one guy shrink wrap furniture. Once the movers thought they had everything loaded they decided to close the truck and get ready to leave the house. My husband stopped them and asked them why they didnt take some of the other items and in which they told him that I told them they didnt have to move those things, which was not the case. Since they were so slow moving my husband didnt want to ask them to go back in the house to get the other items because he didnt want to wait around for them any longer to finish loading the truck. My husband confirmed with them before they left that they had the correct address and they did not. Once the movers arrived to our new house we walked through and I told them where we wanted the furniture setup. They insisted that our one bed frame would not fit upstairs without even trying, at this point we were so frustrated that we told them we would do it ourselves, which my husband was able to do by himself. There was also a scratch on our wood floor from them pushing the couches across them. Additionally they left a bunch of empty tape rolls and shrink wrap rolls all over the house we moved out of. I reached out to Chester County Movers about all these issues and nothing was done. They reviewed my claim for the scratch in the floor, but I was told the movers pointed it out to me and I signed a document indicating that I was aware the scratch was preexisting, which it was not. I have reached out twice by email to ask for a copy of the document i signed and I called, I still have not received a copy.

I would give this company a 4 out 5 based off of my own reviews and others reviews. The back office for this company is terrible. They will flag your phone number at some point and just stop responding/answering your calls. They also will refrain from giving you any real information when you ask, ex. the managers name. No one there seems to want to take any responsibility for anything. I movers came 3 hours late to pick up our furniture but this was because the back office didnt inform them that they had a job that needed to be done. The only reason i am not giving the company a lower rationg is solely on the fact that the movers themselves were more than helpful, kind, and all around great guys. They drove with our furniture over 3 hours to our new house and stayed till 12a.m. the next day to help umpack our stuff not slowing down or mistreating our furniture. If you are going to use this company I would ask for Ben, Bill, Brian, Juan, Lou, or Stellon. They were all great and defied the other bad reviews this company has from other customers. Unfortunately, that does not meen the company does not have other employees who will be careless with your furniture and not be as helpful. I can say though if you ask for anyone of those 6 guys they will exceed your expectations. The only problem I found with the company is their back office employees and their negligence of the customer.

Do not use this moving company. All I needed moved was two couches and two tables. This turned into a week and a half long debacle. Move originally scheduled for a Friday afternoon, 1-2pm. After consistently lying about when they would arrive, movers finally admit they are 4 hours behind schedule, which would not work due to a previous committment. Move was rescheduled for the following Sunday morning. Mover calls on Friday and reschedules. Sunday afternoon rolls around. The move is supposed to occur from 1-2pm. Mover says he will be ready by 5pm. Call at 5pm, ok now its 8pm. Call at 8pm, now its 10pm. Call at 10pm, now its 12am. Thats midnight on a Sunday. Mover does not answer anymore phone calls and after waiting at the move site until 1am, I returned home, only to be called at 3am in the morning to see if I wanted to move. Thats 13 hours after the originally scheduled move and woke me up when I needed to leave for work at 6:30am, after already getting little sleep due to the waiting at the site until 1am. Next day, company absolutely refused to discuss the rate, would not answer the phone for hours at a time, and refused to let me speak to a manager. This was some of the rudest, most unprofessional moving service I have ever seen in my life. Whatever you do, avoid this company like the plague. There are so many other good options in the area. Go with one of them.

1.0 star rating 11/14/2016 First to Review All I can say is wow, and not in a good way. I am moving in 3 days, and had to find a last-minute replacement because they were total no-shows on my scheduled moving day. They did not show, and they did not even bother to call and let me know they wouldnt make it. They are not open weekends (which boggles the mind by itself), so I had no one to contact to check to see if anyone was actually coming. Their main office number has a voicemail that was too full to leave a message. After waiting for (4) hours, and totally exasperated, I sent an email to their main office, and did not receive a response back for (3) hours, and it was simply to tell me that they did not have me scheduled. I had a written agreement with them for the correct date and time, so how I could not have been scheduled is incomprehensible. Luckily I was able to find someone last minute, but they made moving, which is stressful enough when everything goes right, 10 xs more stressful. Under no circumstances would I ever use this company, nor would I recommend them for anything. I cannot emphasize enough how bad and unprofessional this whole company is.

The worst moving company ever!! They scratched and dented almost all of my furniture, not to mention the hole they put in my wall. They said they would issue me a curtsey for the hole. But refuse to do anything about the furniture that is clearly scratched and dented. Its been 3 months, I havent gotten a penny from them. DO NOT USE THEM. I was in a hurry when choosing a moving company... I wish I read the reviews. The customer service is horrible as well, rude and they dont call back. I was told the refund will be issued in the order it was received... they must be dealing with quite a few issues if theyre 3 months behind.

These guys were awesome! I hired them at the last minute (shame on me), the office girl was so accommodating. I called at about 12pm last Monday and needed to move Tuesday, she worked with me and even stayed late in the office awaiting my paperwork. She set it up so the guys would get to me between 9-10am, the crew arrived about 20 minutes after 9 and were very friendly and professional. I had a 5 bedroom home to move with a lot of heavy pieces. The guys were really strong and moved my things with no problem. Their service was worth every penny and I would surely hire them again.
