Oct 8, 2011 Everyone at Pelligra Moving and storage are the absolute BEST! From the owner Tom to his customer service people to the crew who moved and stored our belongings. After enduring several closing postponements (no fault of ours) Tom worked hard accommodating our schedule each and every time while helping us stay upbeat and optimistic. The crew that moved us into Pelligras storage were Professional, neat and clean and handled our belongings as if it were their own. They performed a complete inventory of everything, painfully listing the condition of each piece before preparing it to be removed from our home. They padded all our furniture placed into storeage and all our mattresses and box springs were sealed in plastic also. Our belongings were redelivered to us by a completely different Pelligra crew and I was amazed that these guys were just as Professional, neat, clean and knowledgeable of their trade as our previous crew. Both of these crews went out of their way to make sure our moving day was as stress free as Humanly possible and making sure every item was placed exactly where we wanted it. All of this, and not one piece of our belongings were scratched or damaged, and although we stored all of our belongings with them for over eight months none of our upholsted furniture smelled as if it were even in storage. Kudos to the owner, his management team and his entire staff. Its obvious they are all well trained and truely care about what they do. and it shows! I highly recommend them to anyone who may be looking to move or in need of storage.

I will NOT be STORING ANYTHING at PELLIGRA STORAGE again! Our items were stored in the warehouse for a very long time (years). After making an appointment to come clear our items out of storage we noted that some items were scratched, missing handles, smelled like car exhaust. (There were trucks inside the warehouse were the items were kept.) Anything upholstered had to be cleaned extensively to get the smell of exhaust out of it. We were a bit late to our appointment (25 minutes) due to the truck being rented not being ready when we went to pick it up. The owner of Pelligra Storage, Tom, charged an extra $50.00 because we were not there when our appointment started!!! There was NO MENTION OF THIS FEE if we were late --prior to our arrival or when making the appointment!! The guy that worked in the warehouse was very friendly and helped us load our truck-that is the only good thing I have to say about the place. When we called the owner to ask about the extra fee, even though they hadnt told us about it beforehand, wouldnt allow us to get out items out without paying the extra fee! Needless to say, I will NOT BE STORING ANY items at PELLIGRA STORAGE again- EVER!!

My boyfriend called these bozos, and told him he had to get a couch from a friends house, and lift it over the porch. I heard the entire conversation. He called a number of people, and they said they didnt do that. Fair enough. These people got the same description, and and said they could do it, so he set up a time with them. They get to the house with the couch, and guess what? They cant do it anymore. Its unsafe and they didnt send enough man-power, and its going to cost more to do it. He never would have hired them if they had said they dont lift couches over porches. If they had told him it was going to cost more right off the bat, he probably would have agreed with it.The guys who delivered were nice and only took a half payment, but their boss fraudulently induces people into contracting with him, and is aggressive and rude on the phone. I left a message saying that I would report him to the better business bureau. I have half a mind to take it to court just to fight against people like these guys that rip off decent, hard-working people.

I worked for this company for several years I would love to say that this was one of the best companies I have ever worked for ! Tom the owner and his sons Jeff and Greg are awesome guys they really care and go over and beyond for these employees and customers !!! They to treat there employees like family they really make you feel good about working for such a great company!! I had the pleasure to move alot of people that were very happy with our service we offered them !! I would recommend pelligra transport for anyone who is looking to move in the near future ! They move everything and anything they are always on time and make sure the customer is totally satisfied before ending the job !! Highly recommended you will not be disappointed I promise you that ! Last but not least there is a reason why they have been in business for so many years because they care about the customer and do exactly what they ask for and more !!!!

Tom & his team helped take away much of the stress and intimidation of moving an entire office. They did two walk-throughs with us first (one pre-move, after which we got a quote) and then another pre-move (when we were better prepared) to make sure we were on the same page with what was going/statying/etc. They were professional, on time, and fast with our office move. They accommodated some special requests and even gave us a hand with something in the office that was non-move-related. They packed and staged our move in less time than estimated the first day (!) and then packed their truck and moved us to our new location the second day (again in less time than anticipated!). Im really happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend and use Pelligra again.

I called Pelligras to help my sister move into her new house. The carpeting in the house was all new as was all the paint on the walls and I was worried about the new finishes being damaged during the moving process. Pelligra came with plenty of help and all the appropriate equipment to keep our new carpets and walls neat and clean. They did the job quickly and were able to do so without disrupting a thing! They were truly professionals on every level and made the difficult process of moving a bit more comfortable. I would strongly recommend them for your next moving need if you value professionalism and customer service as much as I do. Thanks to all the guys at Pelligras.

I had a very good moving experience with this company. I called for a number of estimates, as I was moving from Syracuse to Rochester… This is the only company that called me back. I paid a very fair price. They were on time, called before they arrived, very polite and worked very quickly. I moved from a 2 bedroom town house to a 2 bedroom townhouse 1hr and 15 minutes away. Everything completed by 12:00 pm. I would use them again and would also recommend their services. Happy Customer…

With a weeks notice and a furniture only move, Pelligra showed up on time and called a day ahead to confirm. Moving sucks and these guys made our day a lot easier. Everything was packed well and we were warned if any items were at risk of being damaged or if damage was spotted prior to moving. At the end of the move they made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. I cant thank these 3 guys enough, you rock!
