I have recently moved with them, and it was quite an unpleasant experience. Initially I thought they may be more experienced, so despite a higher rate, I still chose them. However, it is to my greatest disappointment, as the work was very slow and of poor quality. For example, it took them 30 min to set up the position of the truck after they arrived. I have a 2-bed room apartment, and its only ~10 min drive to the new house. The whole process took almost 4 hours and cost nearly 900 dollars. The worst thing is that they have caused multiple damages to our furniture and the floor. They claim to repair everything, but the process took nearly a month and the repair was of very bad quality. It is also very hard to communicate with these people. Each time I call them, they always transfer me to some other people and never give me a call back, unless I keep pushing them. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience moving with them. I wont work with them myself in the future, and I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I just wanted to let everyone know how happy I was using Delaware Moving & Storage for my recent move into my new office. From the very beginning stages when I was contemplating to move my office with my staff or look at a moving company. Eddie K made me feel comfortable that the move would go smoothly. I have used other moving companies in the past when I was transferred for business but this one was seamless. Mike and Brian arrived the morning of the move 15 minutes early and started working right away. We had all of our belongings set aside in one room and they kept working till everything was loaded. When I pulled up to my new location, they were already taking the boxes up to the new office. When they finished Mike went over everything with me and they packed up and left. I cant express enough of my gratitude to this company for making this move the easiest I have had in years. Thank You! Matt

This company saved the day when Starving Students stood me up. (The office supervisor said some of the workers did not show up.) They moved me on a Sunday with one days notice. Beverly, Will and Alex were kind and worked hard all day to move my stuff from too locations into my new home. I will never be able to thank them and Alex (John Alexander) for the timely service. I especially appreciate the fact that they did not take advantage of the fact that I was in a vulnerable position.

Del M&S moved my belongings from NJ to Del. They were on time and were careful with the furniture and did a very good job. Our new house was not ready for move in until 3 days after the pick-up. They were good enough to hold our belongings on the truck in their warehouse until we got the go-ahead to move in. This was done at no extra cost. When we got the bill, it was under the estimate. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

The salesman was wonderful, however, he had nothing to do with the moving and storage of my household. My furniture was damaged, boxes marked "fragile" on all 4 sides and the top were smashed, many items were broken, and so far, I have not been offered any reasonable compensation. Go elsewhere!
