I used them to move my family from a condo to a townhouse 3 years ago. I had a wonderful experience with them then--that is the only reason Im not giving them one star right now. May 28 we had 5 men and 2 trucks move us from our townhome to a larger single family home. The move was only from West Chester to Downingtown. Positives were they showed up right on time and got right to work and didnt slack the whole day. They really hustled and I did really appreciate that. But they perhaps moved TOO fast because they didnt extend any care to any of my things. 1--they broke the top of my dresser and also lost its supporting foot so that it sagged in the middle. I had to have their 3rd party vendor come out to fix it and it still isnt right--the drawers now overlap and the dresser cant be used properly. Meanwhile my clothes are sitting in baskets and I cant put them away!! Really annoying. And now I have to wait around and have this vendor come back another day. What a waste of my time!! 2--they didnt wrap one of my childrens beds with plastic and so one side of the mattress and box spring is dirty like it was dragged across the ground outside. I found twigs and leaves on it. 3--they didnt take out and wrap up the shelves in my server so they bounced around during the move and the interior of the server is now scratched. 4--I have a mosaic table that goes on my deck and now a large chunk of the mosaic on the table is gone. 5- they scratched my other sons brand new head board. I can probably fix that but still--why wasnt it protected during the move? 6--they didnt leave the screws so I could bolt his headboard back onto his bed frame. The day of the move the last thing I wanted to do was schlep to Home Depot. 7--they scratched the top of one of my kids wooden toy boxes exposing the particle board underneath. I know its one of those "do it yourself" toy boxes but it wasnt cheap (furniture really isnt these days) and it looked so nice before the move. Now it looks junky with the scratches. 8-I had boxes clearly marked "FRAGILE" and they left them on the BOTTOM of huge stacks of heavy boxes. So far the boxes Ive opened like my kitchen glasses and things like that havent been broken--go me and my good packing! I just discovered that they put my grandmothers fragile colored glass on the bottom of a big stack of boxes. I havent opened that yet. Im almost afraid to. 9--they left a huge scratch on the front of my sons bookcase. I can sand and repaint that but what a pain! I shouldnt have to repaint furniture these guys moved. I think Id be forgiving of like one or two scratched things--but its like every time I turn around and unpack more I see more things they just carelessly damaged. They were very sneaky too-there is NO WAY they didnt know that theyd broken the top off my dresser--but not one of those guys came to tell me what had happened and apologize. They just left my sagging, broken dresser in a corner of my bedroom. I thought that was very dishonest! When I discovered it and brought it to the attention of one of the guys he basically told me I had cheap, badly made furniture. LIke thanks for insulting me, kid! So honestly, I dont really recommend them. I would have 3 years ago but the guys they have now are knuckleheads who dont care about your things. I thought I was a good customer too--I paid more for this move than was quoted to me and I tipped each of the guys well and had cold drinks at both locations ready for them. And the thanks I get for my business is a house full of scratched and damaged things. And then if I want them repaired I have to put up with their vendors and wait around all day for my things to be fixed. Just not cool. Not cool at all.

My experience with two men and a truck was bad from the start. I was quoted for 4 hours with a 5 hour max time starting at 8 am. The movers arrived late with a rental truck, only two movers, and no tools. The two movers were nice but did not seem to be very experienced movers. The manager for their branch didn’t send anyone out with tools to my residence so I had to wait two hours in the middle of my move for my movers to drive back to their home office for tools and return. My move that was supposed to go from 8-12 did not end till around 3:30 PM. I wasn’t charged for the two hours they took to retrieve their tools, but I also wasn’t compensated in any way for their poor planning. They scratched and damaged walls in both apartments. They also broke a leather chair, damaged two of my girlfriend’s deceased grandmother’s kitchen chairs, and broke a shelf in my shelving unit. After several conversations and emails with their office manager Andrew I have only been offered a check for $108. This is far less than the items are worth, but this whole time I’ve only asked for them to be fixed. They have refused to honor their own contract. To Sum up: Damaged walls, broken furniture, nearly double the estimated time, and they didn’t honor their own contract. Do not pay these people until you agree on how they will compensate you for their damages. Cost $740 for the movers and untold more in furniture and apartment damages.

We hired Two Men and a Truck for our recent move from a townhouse to a single house. We have very little furniture as it was a small townhouse. The movers took over three hours just to wrap the furniture and take two childrens beds apart. Then the real problems began when we arrived at our new house. The movers caused EXTENSIVE damage to the house. Each room has deep gashes in the hardwood including the stairs. The railing as long deep scratches. Every single step has chunks of wood missing from the edges. EVERY SINGLE STEP. The movers had no idea how to maneuver furniture and kept bumping into walls and knocking into steps and the railing. They broke the bottom drawer of the refrigerator. They left my sons room completely unfinished with the furniture just piled up in the middle. They put two large scratches in the dining room table. The list goes on and on and on. I took pictures of everything and emailed them into the sales rep who booked my move. The movers claimed they filed a report of the damages with their supervisor. I moved on May 28th. Its June 2nd and NOBODY has reached out to me. NOBODY. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! worst moving service i have EVER used. the gentleman that gave me a quote did not listen to ANYTHING that i said - thus total charges were DOUBLE what the actual bill was. (i even asked the kids that moved me if my furniture and box count was accurate - they said yes - they quote person screwed up). when someone called to see how my move was - i started to explain. he said let me talk to my boss and i will call you back. you know that i never received a call back. Almost $1,000 to move a 1 bedroom apartment....RIDICULOUS! i had recently downsized - in the past moving a 2/2 my fees had never been above $400! PLEASE be sure to double check everything with this company. do not get ripped off like i did!
