I rented only after I was approved for 24hr access because of my work hours. Cindy approved after I spoke with the district manager Kevin. He approved as well. Except they lied and I never had 24hr access. Storage is supposed to be an extension of your property. There are cameras all over and any normal person acknowledges the rules of coming in after hours, Obviously you have to be quiet and courteous. Lying to a customer isnt right, I tried for months to come after hours and didnt make a fuss because it wasnt imperative. But now that its affecting my business its not right especially since i told them I would only use them if they allowed me 24hr access. I should get refunded for all the months I should have had access. Also every year they bump your rent up obnoxiously, despite the fact the the economy have still been going down. They even charged me the higher rate a month early. Honestly you cant even make the stuff up. I hope corporate reads this and at least investigates so that someone in the future can avoid getting screwed. Also after you talk to Cindy and she is all polite and fake she hangs up on you like you ended an argument.

Only rent here if you want to be ripped off. I had a 10x10 unit and it was fine, but when I down-graded to a 5x10 all of a sudden my checks magically started getting "lost in the mail." This caused me to have to pay an extraordinary amount in late charges because one of the employees claimed to be the location manager (turns out he wasnt) over the phone to both myself and my bank multiple times and consistently blamed my bank and me for the problem with the checks. This employee also outright refused to assist us (my bank and myself) with our investigation into what was happening while this was an on-going issue for many months because I refused to sign up for auto-pay through Public Storage. I now have to go to the site every month and pay in person to insure that my payment occurs every month without a problem!! This is beyond ridiculous and if I had another place to put my belongings, believe me - I would!!!!

Public storage was great and extremely helpful!. Miranda helped me with all my paperwork,showing me the unit and helping me choose the right boxes in the process. She should also get some serious points because she remained cool, calm and collective when we couldnt find the unit. The only thing that is confusing is the numbering system. The numbering system on the units were very confusing and didnt make sense. For the customer once were shown where to go, were all good. But for the employees who get lost in the process of showing units can be challenging and nerve racking. Otherwise everything was a success and Miranda was awesome!

I needed a place to store some of my items for a few months, and to open up my unit was a breeze, and completely stress-free thanks to the wonderful manager at this location, Nick. He was helpful, informative, and patient with me when I bombarded him with questions. I can only hope that other Public Storage locations provide the same level of excellent service that he did, because others will become lifetime customers, like me.

Cindy was extremely helpful. She stayed late to help me find the right fit for my needs and right price for my budget. She was able to answer any and all of our questions and was very pleasant to work with. Public storage was not the cheapest place (by a decent amount) however she made me feel confident and comfortable with leaving my belongings in their care. Thank you Cindy it was a pleasure working with you.

The staff at Miller place p,s, are great . Always friendly an willing to help. Ive been renting units there for almost ten treats now . The facility is very well kept and clean. Carla and Cindy do a great job in facilitating the registration process . They call if any issues may arise, so I will be back in the near future and so should you if your in need of a place to store yeah stuff. Thx so much , bill

honestly, I have been to this location numerous times, this is the first time i truly believed that my my things will be safe and secure. the young lay Caity (seems to be new around the property) is always smiling and has kind words to say. I would recommend this site to anyone, or any property that Caity and her team is where you want to be. They keep it clean and its beautiful.

The units are clean, reasonably well lit, and easily accessible. Caity was very helpful when I made enquiries and when I prepared to sign the lease. If management did not periodically increase the rent by MUCH more than the cost of living increase, I would give Public Storage 5 stars (not the 4 star rating I am currently giving.)

Great place to purchase moving supplies. They have everything you will need to move. The staff in the office Cydi and Carla are extremely help. I came in to get a few boxes and they hooked me up with a great deal to save me some$$$$. Looking for a good deal on moving supplies check out the public storage in rocky point.

I absolutely love this location - the facility is clean and extremely organized - the staff are all so nice - access to and from your unit is easy - they have all sizes to accommodate your needs. If around this area (even if you live 30 min away) choose this location to rent out a storage unit! PS: Cindy is great!

Great location to store. The place is kept very clean and well lit at night. The ladys Cyndi and Karla that run the Facilty are professional and very helpful. The only thing that its not 24 hours, but Im guessing it for security reasons. Overall Im very satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Public Storage, specifically this location. This is a well established, well run business that I am glad to give my business to. The employees are kind and courteous and the location works great for me because I live near there. Would gladly recommend to all of my friends.

I have been storing my stuff here for a couple of months now and I have had no complaints. The building is always clean, well maintained and well lit when I go in the evening. I have no problem with leaving my stuff here as long as I need to. If you need to store any items I would recommend coming here.

Well lit, climate controlled, safe, affordable, clean, everything wanted & expected. Would certainly use again if needed. Only thing would be, I rented two separate units and they would only grant me first month free rent on one of the two. That doesnt seem right. Otherwise, all good.

I just rented at the rocky point location and lady in the office was so professional and helpful. Ive rented in the past at other public storage locations and they are great!!! Prices and flexibility are always great too. I always recommend public storage to anyone looking for storage.
