This was a very pleasant experience, i have arrived to the facility about 20 minutes before closing time, i rented a storage room that was very clean and has a good light and i got the keys and when i got back to the room with some of my boxes from the rented truck, it turned out that the room will be very small, i misjudged the size!! I ran back to the desk and the lights were turned off and the employee was leaving for the day and closing the door. I almost missed her, and i explained to her my dilemma and she was so sweet and professional that she went back to the desk and stated a whole new process of renting a bigger room for me. She has saved my day and her help saved me a lot of real trouble.Thank you Christina, I owe you a big time.

I recently came back into this store to purchase more boxes. When i came in the first time, Paige said that I would need more boxes. Well, she was right! My husband went in to purchase 50 more boxes, and he was also happy with the treatment he got there. He said that Paige was so helpful with him, answered all of his questions, even the ones that he thought would stump her (lol) and let him know that if we had any questions about moving and storing, to just give her a call. I can say that we definitely will!!! I absolutely love how every time we come in, she greets us with a smile and asks how our move is coming along. I recommended her and this store to our friends that are moving, and even they said that they thought she was fantastic :)

Changing my review from five stars because everytime Ive come to pay my bill (different times of the day, different days of the week) or to even just talk to you someone (in person or on phone) no one seems to be available (be back soon clock sign in the door) or answer. Tired of going to another location for these things. This location is unreliable but whoever is working is usually nice on the rare occasion that I see them or talk to them so not all bad. Also raising the rates $20 every year or something is so so unreasonable. Anything to get their money back from that first $1 months rent but I believe thats the corporations fault.

Caity, at the Mt. Sinai location provided excellent customer service. She provided a tour of the location and showed us the unit that we will be using. During the tour, she expressed her exceptional people skills by holding not only Public Storage- related topics, but some everyday conversation as well. When it was time to fill out paperwork, she was very helpful, clear, and understanding. I would reccomend her as a great sales representative. The location was also clean and had a friendly, welcoming environment.

On 11/20/14 I visited the Port Jefferson store and was assisted by Christina. She was a cheerful, courteous and helpful manager of a spotless facility. Her explanations were clear. Her tour of the facility was most helpful. I am glad to have met this young woman. She made me confident that our belongings would be in good hands. My experience started 9/2014 and have had nothing but good experience anytime I needed help either in person or on the phone. Today I met Kaitlin and need to change my address and also get on line, she was courteous and very helpful. Because of my treatment at tie Public a Storage unit I needed a 10x20 also in a climate control building and they found one for me in Nesconset . Very helpful. Would recommend this Storage place highly. They represent your company and they are an asset to you.

I must say I love this place, soon as I walk in the staff is super friendly, they greet you right away with smiley faces, always in a great mood, I been coming here for years & its totally a great environment, I love the girls there, especially Jennifer shes the nicest person ever! Setting up a storage unit was easier than I thought thanks to the Property Manager, Michelle!! She explained everything throughly, she asked us if we had any questions for her before we left the office which we didnt because she went through it so well. We can tell that she is very compassionate about her job and we think she complements the company. We definitely will be recommending this Public Storage to anyone in need of a unit!

I bought boxes here yesterday and Michelle helped me pick out boxes for my sons Move. She was very friendly and had a lot of advice to offer. I find the return policy convenient because I came in today to exchange those boxes with her and she did it quickly and easily. She also helped me put them in my car!!. She sweet, very patient, and has a lot to offer. Well Spoken and I appreciate the advice thank you so much Michelle!!

GREAT service Caity was professional, very helpful and thorough in the service she provided for me!!! She answered all of my questions was friendly and patient. It took me a while to make a decision on size of unit. Moving is stressful!! but at least this part went smooth thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service!!! Great expierance, I was searching for a while for an affordable storage space. And when I called public storage I was overwelmed by manager Christina, not only did she have a great knowledge of the units and what I needed, but the service i recieved from her was exceptional. They were the most affordable but I would have went with them on the service alone and how comfortable she made me feel.

When I got my unit they had to give me a better one downstairs because the snowstorm effected the one I had rented(but I had not used yet).They worked with me on this and other things that came up and took great care of me and made sure that my account was right with credits due, etc...Christina and Crystal were the ones who took excellent care of me!

Im looking for a place to store my belongings. A friend of mine recommended public storage in mt. Sinai. I walked in a few days ago and asked a few questions. Caity answered all of my questions. She was very pleasent and she seems to really know her job. The building itself is very well lit and very well maintained. I highly recommend this location.

Came in for boxes and bubble wrap. The woman who helped me, Paige, was very polite and friendly. She knew a lot and was helpful. Im thinking about getting a storage unit to store some of my stuff soon and she was very helpful with showing me some different size units and was very patient with me. WILL be returning for more boxes and a unit soon.

Location is clean. Hours and access are good. My only complaint is that every year Public Storage increases the fees for the storage room by 10%. I feel this is excessive and has already made me downsize from a 30 foot to a 20 foot room and will probably cause me to vacate the storage locker in the near future.
