Getting a unit was fairly easy and smooth. Good and friendly customer service here. However, a few weeks ago, I went to drop off some very heavy items to my unit and there were no dollies/carts available. Normally there are about 5 in the loading area for customer use. My unit is on the second floor, so the cart was necessary. When I went to the front desk to ask the young lady for a cart, she told me there was nothing she could do because sometimes customers take the carts and lock them in their storage units. This is 100% Unacceptable! They are very upfront about charging a $250 fee if you throw things away in the dumpster out back. And they know who you are because they watch you on camera. Either this location needs to start charging people for locking up carts in their units, or charge everyone upfront for their own carts to be locked in your individual unit.

After three years at this storage my wife and I have decided to go elsewhere. For the last four months I have complained about the lights being out by our unit. The sweet young lady in the office has said the district supervisor is aware of it. My wife has left messages for the supervisor and has not had a return call. About a month ago the elevator ceiling came down and almost hit me. I guess those things can happen. What was bothersome to me was the fact that three days later the ceiling was still hanging and swinging in the elevator and had not been removed or fixed. This place was always clean. The last two times I entered the bathroom I did an about face. Today I went to my room and saw mice running in the aisle. That was the deal breaker for me. I asked to speak to the managers Mandy or her husband and I was told they no longer work there.

So Ive been shopping around and I ended up here at Public Storage. Let me just say that when I came in the first thing I saw was a beautiful smile from the manager Lissa who greeted me and brought me through the process. Lissa basically asked me what I was bringing and fit me into the perfect size room. After a tour of the building and showing me my room, we did the paperwork which was pretty fast and simple, I mean I thought I was going to be in there for a while; but she got me in and out in no time. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know, the customer service is great, the process is smooth and easy and I have a large amount of time to go in and out of my storage also. So far I am pleased with my storage.

I found this storage facility to be appropriate for my needs. I found this facility to be always clean upon every visit. I rented a 5 x 10 for 1 month. I found the Property Manger, Jasmine, to be very helpful. She was very professional, very pleasant, courteous even in stressful situations. She showed me different storage spaces and was helpful in finding the right the space for me. I would recommend anyone that asked about storage facilities to this facility. I would recommend only Jamine because of her professionalism. She even offered to help me move some things. Good customer service is so important and Jasmine is among the best in my opinion. I also found this facility to be very convenient to my needs.

My daughter reserved a space for me. When I arrived Michelle was helping a customer on the phone and, with a smile said she would be right with me. Michelles customer service was beyond extraordinary. She took the time to answer my questions (and I had many) and helped me decide what moving products I may need for my move. She also had suggestions on what I could need. No questions were unanswered. She was very patient and pleasant and did not rush me through the tour. I found her site to be very clean. She even helped me to my car with my purchases. Ive rented storage spaces before at different locations, but never have I had such a pleasant experience. BRAVO MICHELLE!!

I have been a customer of this facility for close to a year now, I have in the past had to change facilities often, due to management or building upkeep conflicts. The reason I have not moved from this facility is due to the management team of Mindy and Raul. I heard upon my visit to my unit today that they will be leaving the facility due to no fault of theirs, in all honesty I think I will be looking for another facility, with my experience, any company that changes things that arent broken shows very bad judgment on their part, why would I secure my items with a company that obviously is out of touch with its customer base. Good luck Miss Mindy and Mr. Raul!!!

I have used this Public Storage on and off since 1999. Knowing how they treat their loyal and talented employees I cannot leave a positive review of the facility. Update: Public After getting positive reviews Public Storage fired Mindy, one of the managers. I have very negative feelings about this because she secured the required Google Plus reviews and they still canned her. There was no one sweeter and more helpful than Mindy. All of the customers are upset. What a shame. Very bad PR, and they wonder why people are closing out their rooms and renting cheaper rooms elsewhere.

I came to make a payment at a public storage on spring road by Pelham manor and the customer service was very awesome the worker that helped me her name was Lisa or Lissa not sure how it was spelt I guess its Lissa cause I see another comment about her but anyways outstanding service good communication And even though that wasnt the store I have my property at i would recommend anyone to store at that Pelham store just by going there just to make a payment I wish I can move my stuff there lol because she was super great customer service

This was my first time using a storage unit, so of course I was absolutely clueless as to what size I needed and what things were able to fit into the unit, but a lovely young lady by the name of Lissa helped me and walked me the process and showed me all the perks. She even managed to help me with some of the things I needed help moving, because it was careless of me to be by myself trying to move furniture, but aside of all that, I would definitely recommend this storage to my friends and family.

Although I only used Public Storage for a short time (I only needed it temporarily), I was extremely happy with everything. The unit was absolutely clean and dry, the managers I interacted with - Raul, Mindy and Jasmine - an absolute pleasure to talk to. They were very helpful, very courteous, prompt and just pleasant to be around. The location of this facility is also very convenient - just off the Hutchinson River Parkway. If I ever need storage again, I am sure to come back to this facility!

I went to this facility to view a space, let me start off by saying the woman who greeted me in the office Jasmine was very welcoming. She showed me the facility which was clean and how to use the gate which is a nice feature. The space was great and she also told me how to pack my room. When I came downstairs jasmine and her coworker Lissa explained the importance of the boxes and went over their promotions. These ladies are great and I would recommend this facility to everyone!
