We have been with Westys Storage since their first unit opened on North Main Street in Port Chester, NY. We rent a total of 5 units split between their two Port Chester facilities, housing both personal and office files and possessions. When I first walked into Westys I could not believe how clean and beautiful It was...and it remains so today. Over the many years we have rented they have perfectly maintained the premises. It is so clean, the temperature is controlled, the security system is state of the art...so you feel confident about leaving your things with them. The owners seem to have thought of everything to make access to the units convenient. The operation is very organized. The personnel working at Westys, as well as the owners, are the nicest people...helpful at all times. Professional at all times. Their hours are convenient. Their bathrooms are immaculate. What can I say except that this is a FIRST CLASS ACT!!

We first met Rose when I needed to move my parents to a new home and needed storage for about a month in 2007, she was so wonderful about helping make the right decision and proved to be a beacon of light each time we would go to retrieve some item. In May 2009, we ourselves had to store some home items and again, Rose was there to guide us. Then, in April 2010, we decided to sell our home and we needed to "de-clutter" and again, Rose was there! She is such a professional, dedicated to making your experience truly "hassle-free". Thank you Rose for all you have done and for being so cheerful each time we see you. Best John and Venera

I have used Westys at 299 Boston Post Road multiple times. The units are well maintained and clean. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure here. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. My little boys loved helping me move boxes on their convenient rolling carts. They were always greeted kindly with Roses warm and welcoming smile. My family and I have had a storage unit at this Westy for almost 10 years now. We love the facility, the convenience of its location, and cleanliness but above all we appreciate the Assistant Director Rose Gencarelli, who through the years has been extremely professional, kind, and very attentive to our needs as clients. Its like a high-class hotel for your belongings. Had unit for many years because of their excellent air filtration system. There was never any dust or moldy smell no matter the length of time (years) between visits. Customer service: extremely courteous, respectful, patient, professional & helpful; especially Rose. Westys in Port Chester is super clean, air conditioned, convenient, and affordable. The staff couldnt be friendlier and the facility is super secure. While I had a unit for only 2 months, I can say with 100% certainty, if I needed to store again, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

After my circumstances changed, I recently moved out of Westys after over 10 years storing there. I always had wonderful interactions with the employees, especially Rose. She was extremely helpful at every stage of my time there. Cannot recommend this location enough!!

I love going to Westys. The space is so easy to get around in and well maintained. Plenty of carts. Extensive security camera surveillance makes me feel very safe. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The facility is also very conveniently located in town.

This is the most beautiful storage facility Ive ever been to. My friend has storage here & I was amazed. It looks more like a fancy hotel than a storage place. The staff was really friendly and helpful too. If I ever need storage, Im definitely coming here.
