This is a review for Christine. (Thornwood, NY). I rarely go out of my way to write reviews. If ever, they are usually from a negative experience. However, on occasion you are met with service that compels you to pay it forward and recognize great service. Christine immediately put all my concerns at ease. I knew from the moment I met with her I didnt have a thing to worry about regarding storage, the condition of my belongings, and who would be my go to person should I ever have a question or concern about anything. You cannot put a price tag on that kind of service. Its invaluable and makes you want to come back. In fact, because of her I am extending my storage rental. I had clothes that were stored for months and feared they would all be destroyed, damp, or wrinkled. To my pleasant surprise, they were all as good as new. When they say the rooms are climate controlled, they arent kidding. On a separate note, she was very interpersonal. She was real and authentic. You can always tell the difference between false flattery and sincerity vs. the real thing. When I call Safeguard, my mind is already at ease before I make the phone call. I know she will handle any question or concern I have with grace and steadfast professionalism. I cannot say the same about many other companies, where I am usually met with the opposite. A wonderful person, if you ever go to this location, ask for her and she will take good care of you. Matthew.

Safeguard exceeded our expectations exponentially!! We needed to literally store our entire house and there could not be a better facility to do so. The storage rooms are incredibly large, with very easy access. They have set it up that the ramp from the moving vehicles literally comes into the warehouse so you can roll their dollies up onto your truck and back down. The place is immaculate with state of the art security, well priced and convenient. The absolute best part of our experience was Bonnie who took care of us every step of the way and made sure that everything was exactly as we needed no matter how long it took. She explained everything in detail so we were 100% clear on it all, she checked on us, was so kind to us and just is such a delightful person overall. Bonnie made this unexpected, difficult process as good as she possibly could!!

Dorissa is an ideal customer service rep: she is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and positive. In addition, she is kind; I watched as she went out of her way to help a customer who was struggling with getting items into her car. Safeguard is lucky to have her! It is the excellent personnel that keep me from moving to a more reasonably priced storage facility.

Danny was help and when i came in Danny was able to find the space that suited my needs. Happy that there is no security deposit and month to month. I find that the access hours suit my needs. Danny was also detail in explaining the lease and also held the spot for me without asking for a deposit. Definitely recommend Safeguard Self Storage.

The manager, Danny, was extremely helpful. He was able to accommodate my last minute needs for multiple units, got me the best rate available and even waived the fee when I lost my key. During the stress of moving, Danny helped make the storage solution easy and hassle free. I highly recommend this facility.

I recently had to move a number of office files out of our storage space at Safeguard Self Storage in Thornwood. I had a couple of problems/questions during my visit, and the on-site manager Bonnie was extremely helpful - going above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this facility.

helpful, friendly, wonderful customer service from Bonnie who made my life easy. no matter what i needed ... whether it was locking the door to my unit, assistance with a heavy item, etc, she was there for me. kudos for maintaining a clean and client oriented facility.

Very friendly staff. Explained all the details, gave me a tour and completed all the paperwork quickly. The storage site is very convenient, easy to access and supply carts to aid loading and unloading. It has a restroom and water fountain. Very clean and efficient.
