My experience at GoodFriend storage was something I had never expected! Matt, the manager is not only extremely helpful and professional, but he has a kind quality about him that is comforting. He said to me when I complimented him "you never know why someone is looking for storage, maybe they just lost their home due to a death, a job loss or a divorce...moving things into storage can be a difficult situation for someone"...that is above and beyond what I had ever expected!
