Its a nightmare! Nobody answers the phone there and when they do theyre just rude as if you bothered them. And a real warning, dont go here unless you can be positive that every rent payment will be on time because theyre really quick to add extra charges including 100$ when you go 31 days late! But wait! Then they double lock your locker and start AUCTION actions right away. If youre having cash troubles and who isnt these days, dont think theyll work with you to help you catch up. No. These people are in it for your money! We tried to help a friend out and they dont want to know about it. They put his life on the auction list and thats where its staying. I guess they figure they can get more out of an auction than they can by collecting back rent. They call and leave messages saying "Call us back immediately" but every time you try they wont answer the phone. So its like they dont want to talk to you, they just want you to send them the money and go away. I know business is business but today people have some troubles and if business cant work with people that sux. So when it comes to storage places I hope this review helps to save other people from this kind of thing where their lives mean nothing but the money is what matters.

The woman who showed me the space we rented was nice and patient. The space itself was a good size, affordable and near the elevator which is a plus. However I learned the hard way that once you decide to rent a space you must bring your lock in during their office hours so they could take there lock off and put your lock on. This process does make sense but I have never rented a storage space before and I just thought once I purchase it they will take their lock off automatically. The woman who i signed up with should have mentioned that small detail to me so that I wouldnt have came to move all my stuff in at night, just to discover I cant because its locked. Also when we finally got the Locks switched the space was extremely dusty and dirty. My fiancé was disgusted and had to clean it himself.

I done even know where do i start..Well since the first time i was suppose to move my stuff in it hasnt been pleasant.I did the auto pay where they take it out of your account every month and that didnt go well they didnt take out the money on time and put a lock on my unit, How is that my fault when all my paper work and everything was done on my end ? So i was and still am looking for another place. The manager did call me and explain to me why it wasnt being taken out . Someone put it in the computer to take it out 20 days after it is due duh! anyway if i had enough money and time i would move out my stuff as of tomorrow,,,the only good thing about this place its gay friendly!

This place is the worst.. One of the girls that claims is the manger is so unprofessional.. This company should not have her as a manger.. my stuff was action off, Which it is what it is.. All I asked her for is was my pictures.. She then comes to tell me that the person that bought the storage unit wasnt notified about the picture so the dumb the pictures.. I swear she is a complete idiot.

Ive had a unit here for almost a year now and the price has went up for my unit twice. Whats the point in shopping around trying to get a unit at a decent price when just months later the prices keep going up? Also they say it is climate controlled yet in the winter its super cold and in the summer its super hot?

Clean for the most part. Rat traps are abundant here. Space is descent for what you pay for. Could use more hand carts
