i just moved to White Plains NY and desperately needed a large storage area. i did an email search and many facilities in the area were unavailable for my needs. CubeSmart came through. i went to the facility which to my surprise was only a few blocks away from my place. The Staff was friendly and very helpful to my needs. the size of the unit was exactly what i needed. Access to my unit was easy and also secure. i found so many upsides here and the cost was less then others in the area. i have only one down side. i did see a bug crawling on the walls. i know its a city and they come with the territory. Still,i can secure my items so that bugs should not be able to nest.

The CubeSmart location I use in White Plains, N.Y has provided me with excellent and professional service. I have had my share of experiences with a number of storage companies and I can with confidence recommend this CubeSmart location for its great staff, cleanliness and competitive rates. I thank Shirley, Brenda, Artie and the rest of the team who made a very hectic but exciting time in my life a little bit less stressful. You all deserve recognition for providing consistent, friendly and effective service to the customers of that faculty. Even more impressive was I was able to get two units and a free moving truck rental the same day of my inquiry!

I must say that by far this is one of the best storage companies and best location I have had the pleasure of storing my many things. I actually enjoying speaking to the people in the office, theyre so friendly, funny and at times when needed compassionate. Jessie, brenda and Shirley are just the best, they make you feel at home, like a family. I always leave looking forward to coming back, Even the maintenance man Arty! Now where can you honestly say that? No where but here!!! I love it

I had a wounderful experience when I was with my brother during his rental at Kensico Ave. The staff is well rounded as well as entertaining, not only did I feel welcomed but they made me laugh. No matter how many questions I had, They were extremely patient and courteous. The staff were very attentive, and offered us bottle water during a move. I know where to go if I ever need storage! I would absolutely recommend renting with them! Thank you to all of the staff!

I only needed the unit for a short time (2 months) but this staff was just about the NICEST group of customer service reps I have ever encountered anywhere. Everyone was wonderful! Friendly, polite, cheerful and very professional/efficient. This is a good place to use for storage. Great staff, convenient location, clean well maintained facility and reasonably priced. Ill go back there if I ever need a local storage unit again!

my wife and I rented a storage unit from Apr. 11, 2016 through Oct.10,2016. The staff which was Brenda, Shirley, and Jesse. They did everything possible to make sure that all our needs were being promptly handled. They were a pleasure to deal with. This was our first experience with renting a storage unit and we would not hesitate to rent again!! They are a 5 STAR TEAM. Our greatest THANKS TO THEM!!!

It was great because of the pricing and the explanation by manager Jesse. This is in white plains. But your truck assistance was terrible. It was a friday and no one picked up. Later on saturday I called at 8am and no answer. Later that morning I got a call I couldnt answer but returned the call 8 times throughout the morning, afternoon and evening and it said no one is working. They suck.

I have a storage unit in the Kensico Ave facility in White Plains. It is always a wonderful experience to go there the staff is fantastic!!! They go above and beyond to make the who experience as smooth as possible. I adore both women, Brenda & Shirley, they made a very hard time for me go wonderfully. I absolutely love the both of them. They are an asset to the company.

Fast, easy and accessible! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and answers all questions I had. I was advised of all requirements to rent the unit. The staff made it easy to choose the unit that did my needs and I was able to move my stuff in the day I needed. I believe the manager I delt with was Shirley, she was amazing!

I enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of Shirley and her co-workers! I am happy to have chosen them they are better by far than my Storage Place in Sunset Park Brooklyn. The access is excellent especially for working people and children moving in and out of collwge dorms each year. I would recommend them highly! M.H.

Great location in downtown White Plains, and super friendly folks at the front desk. Helped me make sure I had everything I needed and knew everything I needed to know before I ever put pen to paper, and they were super willing and quick to answer questions to help me coordinate my move in.

Ive stored items here for the last few years. The service has been great. My only gripe is the price increases each year without any added service or space. I get that real estate goes up but to pass that cost on to customers each year just hurts.
