I rented a unit on Friday night 2/17 after 18 hours driving a 16ft truck and tow trailer of my car. The worker Christine was outstanding!! I arrived around 615pm and they closed at 7pm. She quickly did my paperwork and professionally explained the procedures. As a one-time courtesy she let me finish unloading my truck a few minutes after closing. Earlier in the day she contacted me just confirming my reservation and stayed informed on my arrival time through rush hour traffic in NYC. When I returned the next day to organize my unit she was also very friendly and repeated explaining the policies and procedures I needed clarification. She even helped the customers before me on both days in a outstanding manner . I certainly had a great customer service experience and am glad that I chose this storage company. Regards, Rob Williams

I am basically happy with Safeguard Storage. I had to have a friend sign the contract for me since I was out of the country, and they made it possible to do it, although the procedure is obviously more complex than the straight forward cases. There were some complications along the same lines trying to get my credit card charged monthly, but that too eventually worked out. I have not seen the units (Im renting 2 units) myself, so this is a comment only about my experience dealing with the office. one point that could be improved is responding to customer emails. In my case this was especially important because calling Safeguard by phone was quite difficult due to the difference in time zones, and email was the surest method. I would rate this 4.5, but there is no option like that, and I dont quite feel its a 5, so I rated it 4.

Prices keep going up. Was late on my payment due to not being around. Paid upon my return. Went there with 30 minutes left and my key didnt work on my units lock. I realized that the two red indiactors on my lock are aligned ( meanine they locked me out ) Fine. I go to the front office and basically being told to come back the next day...... I just came off a flight...have things to store/take out....I paid...you have my money...why cant I get access to my unit? All you have to do is use whatever device you locked it with to unlock it.

I have been a customer on this location since 2015, the place is quiet and pretty clean, parking and trolley cars is hard to get, the service is nice,But they raised your rsnt every year. They send you a letter telling that starting next month you have to paid more.

The young woman that works there is very rude and does not like to get up out her seat to help people with their units wish I can give it 0 stars and every so often the company raises the unit prices use to pay 108 now Im paying damn near 150

lousy storage with unreasonable prices.... Dont get me started with the money you have to pay if you loose your keys... The manager there is unreasonable and.There are way better storage storages out there. This one is definitely not worth it

The best so far! Access only during work hours! Each floor is secure! No one can enter the floor without authorization. Even the restroom is locked so no one can sneek in!
