This is a great facility with a terrific staff. The location has plenty of lighting and parking, and the parking is right at the entrance - VERY convenient and I always feel safe. The access hours are very great. Domenick is a real gem - he and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I love the cleanliness and accessibility. There are always carts available, and on the one occasion where there was not, the staff got me a cart within a few minutes. My brother and I have rented on several occasions - either 1 or 2 units. Each time the staff made the paperwork easy, helped me find a unit that I liked and that was affordable. Communication and regular email notifications was also convenient. I highly recommend Safeguard Self Storage New Rochelle. It was great being able to access my stuff at 10:00 PM, and feeling safe at the same time. Thank you, Domenick!

My experience with Safeguard Self Storage exceeded my expectations. It was my first experience selecting a storage unit and Bonnie and Domenick were very helpful. Domenick took me on a tour of the units and explained climate control. I selected a 10 x 10 and continued with Bonnie. She handled signing the contract, insurance, the lock. She also explained some of the rules and times of operation. I left feeling very comfortable leaving my furniture and contents of my house. It was really a very positive experience.

It was the best experience Ive ever had. Bonnie was more than professional and helped me out when I accidentally broke the key still with a smile on her face. She was very helpful when choosing which boxes I should buy and with the paper work. I will definitely come back here if and when I need storage . I will absolutely recommend this to others.
