The other positive reviews are very accurate, Christine and Danny are very helpful, welcoming, and nice. I needed a storage room quickly and priced out others in the area, this place had the best prices. Also, the reviews sold me. So I went down to Safegaurd not knowing what to expect and knew nothing about room sizes, rent fees, etc. Christine was there and walked me through the process, she was very knowledgable about what size storage room I would need for my possessions. She then did the paperwork quickly and showed me the clean storage room and said it should be perfect for what I need. I received my keyfob and moved into the storage room 2 days later. Also, if you need a moving company or movers I would suggest asking Christine or Danny, they know all the companies in the area and they may recommend one to you. I noticed they had a good rapport with my movers because they constantly see them moving people stuff in and out. I met Danny a few times after and he was as nice as Christine. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The facility is clean, new, bright, doesnt smell and very easy to use.

Andy was very helpful and friendly. He helped us so much with all the numerous questions we constantly shot at him. We arrived at the storage unit to realize that we underestimated how large a unit we would need. Andy was so quick to help us with the various options to pick from, and we eventually found the appropriate sized unit. Without him we would probably have to settle for the smaller more crammed unit and risk damaging our stuff. He also has a great sense of humor! Signing a lease contract has never been so much fun!Safeguard is very lucky to have such a super employee. Youre a credit to your company Andy! Keep up the great work!!!

I did a lot of research on various storage units all over Westchester County and finally decided on using Safeguard in Elmsford. The facility is super clean and staff (Christine and Danny) are so nice, helpful and patient. My first interaction was with Christine and she was great and made me want to come back. Tonight I secured my unit and worked was Danny. He was such a pleasure and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this place!

Had my storage space for 5 years. The only issue I had was, as I emptied my space there was a lot of rat droppings. Im happy nothing came running out, but they need to cover holes and complete the sheetrock in the spaces to avoid leaving openings. Other than that is clean and spacious. Most of the workers have good customer service skills.

I must say that if Andy at the Elmsford facility wouldnt have been soo patient with me, I still wouldnt had made my decision. He was friendly, patient and persistent. He would call to remind me of my appt. with him and to also let me know it was ok if I couldnt make it just to let him know. Amazing experience. Thank you!!!

It OK....The workers are very nice and they accommodate those who have a space. My issue is the MICE....There needs to be better extermination of the rodents. If they would do a better job with this situation, I would give a BETTER review.
