This is the second time doing business with the Mt. Vernon store. Service is great. The staff is reliable and reminds of reservations, payments to prevent customers from having any addtl. fees. The facilities are clean although too cold for my taste. Rosemary show lots of patience if you have to retrieve documents. All in all: Fair prices, good service so I recommend this location. The only disadvantage is that there is no loading dock and no roof - when it rains loading is no fun.

So after decided on moving to a smaller apt. I knew I would need storage close to home, clueless however I contacted the Mt. Vernon location. I must say it was a personal experience, I met the GM Shana that was extremely helpful and knowledgeable based on my needs. She knew just what I needed and her recommendations were great. Thanks Shana! Cubesmart, my first customer service experience was excellent!

We really love this facility! It is spotless, smells wonderful, and the staff is courteous, and was willing to help locate the perfect space for our needs. The General Manager at this location (Shana) was very understanding when we had to move out on short notice, and pro rated a satisfactory payment to accommodate us. Really sorry we had to leave!
