I initially booked a 7x10 space when the agent opened the unit it was tiny definitely not a 7x10. She was very helpful in finding me another unit, larger for the same price. I rented two. I came back 2 days later as I was doing a big move only one elevator was working we were unable to find any trolleys, we finally found one took a load up to the 4th floor but then the elevator shut down for the night it was 10 pm so half my personal items was lock in the building outside my unit . So how we had to come back 6 am the next morning to ensure my property was still there. I was told that once I was in the building i would be able to pack my unit. That was not the case.

Walked into the facility and was immediately greeted by Luis and tken through a verbal communication of the policies and procedures of Storage Post Pelham. Then I was taken to the prospective unit and given further information on the unit and workings of the facility. Luis was very helpful friendly. I highly recommend Storage Post for their cleanliness and ease of registration and of course the staff. A very beautiful facility.

Claude I have been using storage facilities for the last 12 years and by far Storage Post is the ideal place to store your belongings! the hours are great, the staff is professional, courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. The facility is temperature control, extremely clean and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a space to rent. Storage is best ever? Share a tip.

I rented two units on 8/29/17 but ran into some issues which I then posted a review. On 9/5 Victor Veras the area manager called me to personally apologize for the mishap and issued me an additional free month for the inconvenience. I just want to say thank you to Victor and the staff at the Pelham Pkway facility for treating me like I mattered. I would recommend this facility.

Very clean, always pretty well lit. So far its a great experience. A little pricey, but they seem to have the best hours of operation around. The front desk manager was helpful from the day I met him to present time. Everyone has been pleasant, since I first called their Customer Service line and requested information. I highly recommend!

Secure, subpar parking, uneasy location to drive to from Mount Vernon direction,, does not have facility for customers to throw away their garbage. One particular staff clerk is not customer-orientated. I would not recommend this facility to store any belongings or valuables.
